K9999 help thread

ok,k9999 is pissing me off. is he high tier or low tier? offensive or defensive? his normals seem fast but his specials have lag, his supers are cool but not that strong. I really want to get better with him and I dont know how hes played or his combos or anything. some help please?

i think he's scrub tier. most of his damage(think ive seen)comes from max mode(goodluck with that shit)

f+A has alot of proitory & very annoying. Jumping C is very strong.
Running D & standing close D is overhead,run in & throw to mix it up.

He's a zoning character.

f+A builds tons of meter even when blocked, and K9999 needs meter. f+A has stupid recovery too.

His SDM is one of the best in the game. Goes through pretty much everything, has stupid priority, incredibly easy command to bust out on reaction. Also reaches full screen, so you can punish easily. When you activate max mode, you'll have total control of the match from fear of that move alone. That's when you start busting out the low jumps and overheads.

He's mid tier I guess. Does well when controlling the match, gets absolutely murdered against rushdown. Hasn't got any 'get off me' moves apart from his shield super, which is... meh.

Put him second on your team. He needs meter but has too many bad match-ups to go last.

Id say hes medum-high tier, his SDM is awesome, his max mode cancels are sweet and the combo jump C, st.c,st.c,F+A does huge damage for something that doesnt need any levels or Max mosde.
