is it really that important to the game? or can u win without doing it?
evilj
06-19-2006, 12:52 PM
It's not that important, but you might as well learn it because it's brain dead easy. If you've played mario kart before, you'd probably figure it out without the internet.
it's possible to win without it if you get a bunch of good items, but on speed alone, unlikely.
I.E. on baby park, if you don't use it, and someone else uses it, they will lap you.

Just found this at Cheapassgamer.com:
DS/GBA games for $8.96 at Circuit City:

Spyro
Ultimate Spiderman
Dragon Ball Z Super Sonic Warriors 2
Finding Nemo
Goldeneye
Guilty Gear
The Incredibles
King Kong
Madden 2005
Marvel Nemesis
Monster Truck DS
Need For Speed Underground 2
Sponge Bob Yellow Avenger
Pac N Roll
Scooby Doo Unmasked
Tiger Woods PGA

TALES OF PHANTASIA!
I'm picking up ToP and maybe DBZ SSW2 during lunch, if they're in stock at my CC.
Oh, and pick up Point Blank if you get the chance, its a really fun game, but looks to be a really small release. I've called pretty much every store in the Orlando area and found only one store that actually carries it. Its great though.

Are any of those DS games on sale worth getting? Gonna try to pick up FF4. How's Sword of Mana compared to the first snes game? And is Tales of Phantasia any good?
Geese Pants

Yep.............I'm going to CC today.
Getting DBZ and FF4..........sucks I spent $30 on GG, now it's cheap on CC.

Tales of phantasia is pretty good, but I got annoyed about how the screen would stop when Klaus or Arche would use a spell, THEN go back to the gameplay. It's not like the other tales game where someone would be like
*cut off to Meredy/Genis/Norma/whatever*
Thunder Arrow!
*Go back to gameplay*
You have to watch the entire spell. The tornado moving across the screen, Undine standing for a few seconds, THEN attacking. Believe me, it gets annoying
But that was the ONLY thing I didn't like about the game.

Is it Advance Wars : Dual Strike that's on sale?
I'll probably have to check that when I go there.............

yes, that one. And Tales of Phantasia doesn't seem too appealing even though I've only played it for a few minutes. I'm a big RPG fan, but the gameplay seems really slow and choppy... I'll give it a few hours to see if its worth it, but I might end up selling it off or something.

My goal is to personally get everyone on this thread to buy that game...
Eventually my dream will come true and we will have Advane wars Wi-fi...
Where we can hold some srk tourneys, and i can crush you all with sami!...
haha...
But seriously if any of you guys have any questions about AW i'll be happy to answer...

But JSS2 is coming out within the year AND will have Wi-Fi capability! WHOA?!
I hope that they fix everything wrong with the first Jump SuperStars such as the lack of any story mode and the complete boredom of playing it by yourself. Recently I tried to get back into the game but I just couldn't do it. After a couple of minutes I had to turn off my DS and save the battery power for a more deserving game. JSS2 had better make up for JSS1.

I'm not sure if were allowed to talk about this here (they let you talk about mod chips so i figure what the heck.) But I just got an M3 for my DS lite and wow. So much shit you can do on this thing. Watching movies on the ds is smooth, I have an mp3 player already so i dont really use it for mp3s, but the NES emulator is pretty good as well.
Anyone else use one of these things?

i rented advance wars ds today after all the hype. I don't see where all the hype is, maybe the genre doesn't appeal to me.
You have to be a strategy/tactical/turn base combat type of person to enjoy the game I think. It doesn't have a broad appeal, just narrow to people who like the genre.
The music however is pretty good, suits the game.

I liked Age of Empires way more then advance wars, much as everyone seems to think im a blasphemer for saying so.
Advance wars just annoyed me after a while, especially the extremely stupid/corny conversations between the characters and the extreme oversimplification of things such as resource management.

I guess so...
Although to replenish your ammo it only takes an APC or a stay in your base the game is far more advance than people give it credit for...
The CO's make your armies completely different to where you HAVE to use a different strategy with another CO...
My Sami strategies won't work with other CO's And vice versa... Plus those conversations teach you the basics of the game and your mission so they are necessary...
They also give the CO's personality...
To me this is a game you can just pick up and play pick your favorite CO and go head to head...
I still have to play Age of Empires though...

I disagree 100%...
Trust me when you get the hours and played as many people as i have played the CO you pick has TONS of an affect to how you play the game...
Plus when you Add DS battles and are able to fight with 2 COs on the same team it makes the battles that much more complicated...
Although i do prefer old school 1 on 1 battles...

I've played both. The COs only wish they had what hero units have.
monbaby
06-25-2006, 02:17 PM
I've played both. The COs only wish they had what hero units have.
Well CO's affect every, all, or some units...
For instance...
Sami can capture bases at 1.5 times whatever her infantry has...
So at 10 hp her infantry captures bases at 15 out of 20...
That basically mean unless you send at LEAST 2 units to attack her infantry while it's capturing a base it's gone within two days...
Do you realize how much this affects playing against someone...
Tons...
Plus her super CO increases the damage of her infantry increases thier movemnet by two space AND she can capture any city base or headquaters in 1 day no matter how much HP they have...
This can literally change the tide of the battle imagine she captures 5 of your cities...
That decreases your funds by one day by 5 thosand gives her 5000 more funds to work with and she can win the battle if you leave your HQ unattended...
Not only that her fighting style is different because all the rest of her units are relatively weak compared to other CO's...
You have to play aggresive to capture the cites but conservative because of her other weaker units...
And this is Just ONE outta 20 or so characters...
I haven't played Age of empires true but if it has a hero system them i'm thinking it's kinda like Warcraft 3 which i have played...
But i really don't want this to be like a starcraft vs. warcraft discussion...
Different strokes for different folks...

yeah it was discussed a while back. The case is a prequel that talks about Mia's past and has a shitload of easter eggs. Here's to hoping they get some other cases translated soon.
Stuff about COs
No offense, but you haven't played AoE. IMO you should play it before making this judgement, because you, like most AW:DS people I know, are so stuck on it that you won't try AoE and auto assume AW has everything better. It doesn't. AW has the pick up and play factor, but can't hope to beat the sheer long term war of attrition factor that AoE has.

Okay, if you've missed out on the DS Lite so far, here's a chance that I would not pass up:
Toys R Us Bundle:
DS Lite Bundle-$149.96
DS Lite
Brain Age
Big Brain Academy
Brain Age Kit(brain age themed carrying case + accessories).
If I didn't have a Lite already, I'd jump all over this. Two great games and a carrying case plus some other stuff for only $20 more than the price of the Lite itself. Someone buy this.

P.S. October 2006 is the rumored date for the DS remake of Phoenix Wright 2. No idea what they will do with 4 which is coming to japan soon. Maybe we'll get the series out of order on DS? PW4 will probably be done in Japan before the remake of 3.

any one here about the web browser yet. i know it's out in japan now and you can order it on play-asia. heres some info.
DS surfs Web in July
Opera Web browser will be released in Japan on July 24, US release unknown; cartridge will be sold online for 3,800 yen ($33).
By Tim Surette, GameSpot
Posted Jun 21, 2006 3:19 pm PT
Back in February, Nintendo made a few announcements detailing how the Nintendo DS was moving beyond being a simple gaming machine. Voice over IP has been added, a TV tuner has been promised, and a Web browser from Opera Software was said to be in the works.
Dual-screened Web-browsing madness.
On its Web site today, Opera confirmed that browsing the Internet on the DS will happen on July 24. The Web-surfing tool will be available in Japan first and will sell online for 3,800 yen ($33).
Previously, Opera announced that the browser would be a DS cartridge and allow surfing on both of the handheld's screens. Using the stylus and handwriting-recognition software, DS owners can input text by writing, rather than use a simulated keypad like the PlayStation Portable does.
Opera today also revealed that the Web browser will come with a memory expansion pack, though it's unclear how it will be implemented.
Nintendo and Opera have not yet announced details of a US or American release. It is also unclear as to whether or not the Japanese Web browser will work in other countries' DSes. Nintendo was not immediately available for comment. More details are expected on July 24.

No news yet but There are two versions. One is for the normal ds and one for the DS lite, the difference being the size of the ram expansion card, which goes into the GBA slot.
I'm curious as to whether the expansion cart might be used with other games also eventually. Could we be seeing the beginnings of games taking advantage of the GBA slot to add extra ram to do crazy shit? Here's to hoping.

Well my understanding is even if you play each other in the US you have to go through jap servers so there's alot of delay. I have yet to play a game that didnt lag pretty significantly, and it does take a while for opponents to show up even when it's obvious they've reconnected immediately after a match.

It doesn't really feel like a complete game to me. Seems like it was designed for non-gamers who would be impressed by this, but 15 little games doesn't really compare when I've just been playing Warioware:Twisted! which has over a hundred mini-games and way better production values too (and is also $19.99)
On another note, I also picked up Meteos today, and I'm retardedly pleased with that purchase. It's coming very close to a Tetris-attack level of goodness.

Actually, the brain comparison depends on what categories you excel in. Like, if you did well in identify and analyze, your brain will be like a "museum curator". But, if you did better in think and analyze, your brain will be like a "lawyer". Overall score is probably more important. So far, I've gotten a 1787g brain which is an "A".

I love it. 8/10.
It takes getting used to because the controls are a little sluggish, and you need to find a character you like.
I started playing as Jam, and the game became more fun.
Single player is alright, until you get extremly good.
The final boss seems slapped together, and the dialog is full of Engrish.
Multiplayer is fun if you can get four people.
But, for 10 dollars, it still beats all of the other American fighting games on DS.

My opinion is it's crap. All you need to do is compare it to Bleach DS and instantly you can see how shitty it is. The controls are awful, the frame rate is made of ass, the new method of doing specials is more awkard then doing them the original way, and in general it just looks (AND PLAYS!) like shit. They didn't even update most of the characters compared to their GG X incarnations, let alone slash.
At least the music is ok.
Seriously, try both Bleach DS and this and if you find GG DS better then by all means, buy it, and forget I said a word. But I kind of doubt you'll find it superior to bleach.

I have a question regarding Bleach DS, I love Treasure and all, and I know that Bleach DS' engine is similar to Guardian Heroes' and Yu Yu Hakusho', so gameplay wise I know I would enjoy it. But I could care less for the actual Bleach licence, so my question is, even though I don't care for the manga/anime, I can still enjoy the game for what it is right?
And does it have 1-cart LAN play besides the wifi?

I've never watched an episode of the anime ever, if that helps. Could care less, the game is awesome.
It has download play but I dont know what that entails. I've heard it's the whole thing though. Everyone I play against has the cart also.

If you want a DS fighter and want it to actually be good, Bleach DS is the game you should be getting. NDS is region free afterall. There is not reason to suffer with just GGDS.
The 1 cart multiplayer has the whole game except before each match there is loading time. It's pretty long (like 10 seconds) at first but as you play more it becomes shorter.

To you guys that reccomend Bleach, answer me ONE question that will ultimately make my decision:
How good is the online play? I know a majority of my opponents on it are going to be Japanese, and that worries me a bit. Is it a complete lagfest when you play people in Japan? Is it easy to find opponents? Is the whole service good?
I'm not buying it unless the online play is top tier. I remember that I loved Jump Superstars, but it got old quick because I NEVER played anyone in multiplayer. If it had Wi-Fi, it might be a different story.
Help me out here, guys.

You can definately get wifi matches. I've logged in a bunch of times, sometimes its really hot and other times (when the japanese are all asleep?) It can take some time.
Lag factor well I have yet to play a match that didn't lag pretty significantly but maybe you'll fare better.
And it doesnt matter if you play people in the us as far as I can tell because it has to route you through the jap servers anyway? (Could be wrong here) But wifi against american opponents seems to lag too.
I thought i would put in my list of some good ds games to consider to get:
New Super Mario brothers
Mario Kart
Phoenix Wright
Metroid Prime Hunters
Animal Crossing
Meteos
Castlevania: DOS
Tetris DS
Super Mario 64 DS
Brain Age
Cooking Mama
Wario Ware Touched!
Another Code
Polarium
Tony Hawk's American Sk8land
Nintendogs
Viewtiful Joe
Kirby Canvas Curse
Sonic Rush
Pac pix
Band Bros.
Advance Wars DS
Resident Evil
Nintendogs
Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time
Ouendan (import)
Nanostray
Bust a Move DS
Metroid Prime Pinball
Puyo Pop Fever
Trauma Center: under the knife
True swing Golf
Zoo Keeper
Sega Casino
Point Blank DS
Age of empire: Age of Kings
Puzzle Bobble DS
Games that are coming out soon:
Zelda:Phantom hour glass
Yoshi's Island
Mega Man ZX
Mario Hoops 3 on 3
new Castlevania
Star Fox

If you play online vs. a Japanese player lag is pretty much guaranteed unless you stayed there yourself and it can be pretty bad. If you play vs. U.S. players it's much better, sometimes to the point where feels "lagless".
There is no real reason to go out of your way to play vs. Japanese player unless you're bored or everyone on your FC list are asleep so you decided to use "Japan Battle" which is basically the game's random match-up option.
In reality, if you want constant good-excellent matches and little to lag, you'll have to join #bleach_ds on irc.rizon.net.

A few things I didnt like about Nanostray:
- Easy to beat
- The challenges are fucking hard
- The control scheme felt like it forced the use of the touchpad for the sake of using it.
Sp00ky
07-05-2006, 08:33 AM
I hate the games who use the touchpad just for the sake of using it. Tao's Adventure pissed me off with this. The touchpad is used for everything including battle commands, and the spell casting interface sucked (why does it take 20 seconds per spell I want to cast in battle? Maybe it's because i have to use to touchscreen to go through about 3 menus and then actually DRAW THE ICON OF THE SPELL I WANT TO USE? )
Maybe Nintendo has some kind of thing where they wont let DS games through if they don't make some significant use of the touch screen? It's really annoying. The touch screen should be used to enhance or simplify things (Phoenix wright), or for elements that only touch can handle (Ouendan).

In Ultimate Spiderman.............it seem I HAVE to use the touchpad in the Venom missions. I can drain innocent people by holding Y, but it doesn't work on henchmen, or people actually attacking...........but I can drain henchmen if I use the touchpad.

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of stylus control either. While I don't mind it, and it definitely makes some games way better (Meteos,) It feels like the classic d-pad & button style of game is discouraged.
I hate how in NSMB I have to use the touch screen to pull out a stored item. It means I have to a) hold the stylus as I play for easy access which makes my hand cramp up after an hour or so b) pause the game and take out the stylus every time I want to use a stored item, or c) use my finger and get a big smudgeprint on the touchscreen. Why couldn't they have just put it on the select button?
Changing worlds with the touchscreen doesn't bother me tho cause that's not in the middle of a level, so you have time to take the stylus out and put it back away.

i tried out RockmanZX, and man it's really impressive! first level is lush and well detailed, and the game has the old school megaman feel. and when that new megaman looking kid powers up the cannon, he gets two power shots, the second more powerful.
there's lots of voiced over dialogue and some anime cut scenes in the game. the character art(not sprites) i don't like so much though. they all look way tooo cute.
anyway, for the english release, i hope the voice overs won't be as crappy as the ones in the later megaman x games.

What??? You don't need a long nail, sir. Tap the thing with the back of your finger and it works perfectly fine. Your nail is not going to fuck over your DS.
However, it is more convenient for NSMB to just move your thumb over and push the item, even if you get a smudge mark. Whatever, wipe it off later. You won't even see the thing unless you're playing in sunlight or something. Maybe that's just Lites that have that kind of visibility, though.

Ya, when I first got my Lite, first thing I did out of the box was put on my Hori's, and when the gf came over and looked at it she said "so are you going to put on the screen things?". You'll probably never notice they're there.
They're super clear, and dont slow down the stylus at all. They're static cling and they don't budge, if you want to reposition it, you have to use a piece of tape to lift a corner. This was all talked about earlier in the thread though. Get them on eBay, or at Play-Asia(lonnnnggg shipping), they're usually called "Hori Crystal Screen Protectors".
I don't really know what the Lite was like w/o the Hori's, but after using thing since Day 1, I wouldn't want to play without them.
Also, don't buy the pelican ones at GameStop, they're adhiesive and you wouldn't want to put gummy stuff all over your super clean touch screen.

Sp00ky
07-12-2006, 02:35 PM
It's alot like metroid. The game is all one huge level, and you have to start 'missions' in order to make the bosses appear. There's a crapload of storyline about the previous Zero and X also which of course I cannot read.
If you do get the japanese version of the game you probably will have to at least skim a walkthrough to get through it, since some of the missions have very detailed instructions.
The new 'megaman' character is interesting. He can switch between his default form, X's suit, and several other suits you get along the way. Enemies won't attack you in his default suit as they don't consider him a threat, at least where I am in the game, but he can still take damage.
There are some slick looking anime style cutscenes ala the ps1 megaman X games. Overall it's X series meets metroid or symphony of the night, although it seems relatively short. Worth getting imo.

just a heads up on what i've been able to dig up on the MMZX extras is all you need is just MMZ3 and MMZ4 to access the older bosses and you only get ONE new metal which is useable AFTER beating the game. But if you must know what it will play like i suggest you beat MMZ3 to find out.

The most important thing is to get good fruit trees ASAP. Pick all the normal fruit you can, send it ALL to people in your town (don't sell it). You need a code called a Friend's code from anybody you want to visit your town or if u want to visit someone elses town. You both have to exchange friends code (you can get it from the police guy i believe)
Once you both have entered, either you or the other guy has to open the gate to the to-be-visited town, (basically opening up the wifi connection) and then the other guy leaves his town to go to yours.
After that, u just do whatever
So to really answer your questions.
No you do not need to start over, they will use what u got. All your stuff is still there, and yea you have to be invited because you both have to exchange FC's.

For money I didn't worry. I finished my soul collection on my second run through so I already had the cash for a soul eater ring. There's a trick which involves buying a low level axe at Hammer's shop and using the ever popular zombie soul and selling it for over twice as much.
For souls you just have to keep at it. No real easy way to do it.

I clean the outside with some water and paper towel, then I wipe it down with a felt. I do the same for the screen.
I've always known this with anything I've ever boughten that needs to charge. You should let it die before recharging. Not die, but until the light indicator turns red. The battery lasts longer this way.(Total battery life I mean) You don't want to charge it when it doesn't need charging.

I sent an e-mail to Nintendo asking them if there was any plans to address the crack issue or plans for a re-design. Here is the response received:
Hi!
I appreciate your contacting Nintendo regarding the crack on your DS Lite hinge. Contrary to what's being reported by various online fansites, in the U.S. the reported number of small cosmetic cracks in the plastic hinge of DS Lite systems represents less than 0.02 percent of the total units sold. This cosmetic issue in no way impacts the gameplay or integrity of the DS Lite.
Having said that, Nintendo stands behind the quality of its products. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service Department if you are not happy with the functionality of your system. Representatives are available by calling 1-800-255-3700 any time between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, seven days a week.

Don't remind me about that game. I remember hearing that if you raise your luck, souls appear more frequently. So I started synthing brass knuckles into Cestas or whatever for some quick cash until I had 300,000 for that ring thing at the store. That took an hour and a half. Then I went to get some ghost dancer souls until I had nine. That took around thirty minutes or more. Then I killed a Killer Clown and got the 777 armor. I can't complain about this one since it happened on accident :P
When I was done, there was hardly a difference at all. Fuckin +30 something luck. More souls did appear, but it sure as hell wasn't worth it.
The rest of the game was good though. But then I found out that the muramasa wasn't as good as some of the upgraded swords. Lol, I thought it was the best.

Wow, I just bought a DS Lite and the Wi-Fi USB Stick thingie a few days ago. I've pretty much tried all my Wi-Fi enabled games out on the network. The only one that I've played before (around when I first got it sometime last year) was Mario Kart. But now I tried out Metroid Prime Hunters and Tetris DS.
Man, I fucking BLOW at Metroid. Seriously, wtf. I'm generally good at first person shooters too. But I'm pretty damn good at Tetris though. I probably win more 1 on 1 matches than I lose. I started playing it yesterday and I have like 30 something wins and 5400 points.
So I'm relatively good at Tetris online, Mario Kart too. When I last played it I would usually get 2nd place, sometimes first. In Tetris 4 player I usually get 2nd too. There's ALWAYS that one bastard significantly better than the other players.
Seriously though, MPH isn't as good as I thought it was going to be online. Just like Doom 3. Only 4 person deathmatches and only a few weapons are even worth using. :/

MPH is a special case fps game, because of the weapon affinities and the alt modes MPH should be approached a bit differently.
all i can say is watch out for death alters, alters, and spire players on alinos gateway.
the weapons i recommend getting good with are the imperialist, magmaul, judicator(especially if you AREN'T using noxus, charge shot is like a shotgun), and your character's affinity weapon.
and if you play with friends online, games don't have to be deathmatches

Lol my little sister got a ds lite just yesturday. We were at Best Buy and we were drooling over it. My sister said that's probably one of the best things she's seen game-wise. My aunt actually bought it on the spot. She said she deserved it since she does a lot of work around the house. My sister was like OMFG. When she got home, she didn't even play it. She cleaned the whole house spotless. She also used MY best buy reward zone coupon, a 20 dollar off any purchase coupon, on Animal Crossing. I was like WTF we already have that, but she said she wanted her own town. I let her have it because I thought having two towns would be cool. But I should've used it on Tetris like my plan was.

Well, I have both a PSP and a DS, and for what ever reason, there are %10 of games I'm looking forward to on the PSP to the DS. They just aren't making good games for i.
The only thing that has be bugging on the upcoming DS games list is Zelda:Phantom Hourglass. Not having the option to control the character with the D-pad kills it for me.
Controling a character with the stylus is just a bad move. The stylus is perfect for intetracting with the game world, but when used for character control, it makes you feel like you are leading the character around on a leash. The D-pad makes you feel like you are the character, not his leash handler.
This makes for a huge difference, especially in a game like Zelda.
Reportedly, Nintendo got horrid reviews from players of LoZ:PH at E3, mostly due to control issues. Hopefully they will reconsider their stylus only control manifesto.
Star Fox, on the other hand, looks great. Piloting a ship with the stylus, with the action on the top screen, works just fine. It also works for FPS. Just not with games like Zelda.
And what is Quendan?

MP Pinball is a lot of fun (just short but for the cheap price you can probably find it for right now it's worth it.)
Get Mario Kart. That game should come standard with any DS.

There's a new Star Wars game for DS and PSP coming out called Lethal Alliance. They have PSP screens out, but no DS yet. I'll post em up when they come out. Looks like a third person shooter (at least for PSP)

Any comments on sonic rush? I've been told it was really fucking good but also really bad so I'm not sure what to think.

Sonic Rush is terrific. The gameplay is outstanding, easily the best Sonic Gameplay ever.
On the other hand, the cutscenes, dialogue, themes, and overall carebears atmosphere will make you want to stab yourself in the eye (or at least avoid ever playing it in public)
...seriously.

I think the gameplay is rock solid. The new boosting move speeds up things so much that it creates a new style of play for Sonic entirely. And so does doing tricks. For instance, one stage has you grinding a rail but the rail ends up being covered in spikes. So, to get past the spikes, you boost right into them an destroy them! And on top of that because you are going so fast enemies just explode as you zoom past. It looks hella cool. The level design is the best seen since the 16bit days (although the backgrounds and originality of the levels leave much to be desired). And there's plenty of things in the levels to break up the running and jumping.
I think what makes it so great is mastering the stages. Figuring out which path to take for the best time can be quite the challenge. Once you realize how loose you were playing before you'll be quit amazed at how fast this game can really be. You'll be canceling moves just so you don't lose speed. So I dig the Time Trials a whole lot.
I think Blaze was an unneccesary character but she's alright.

Sometime this year I read on their site. So probably next year then *sigh*. It does look hot.

Same here. I heard that some of the gameplay changes are weak sauce. May force my hand to ebay up the originals.

spideyman- i'll make it easy for you if you don't feel like looking for the SRT:OG thread. SRT:OG is good, shit it's a god send for SRT fans in the US. the graphics are a bit dated since this one is kinda old but the sequel(which will be out in october i think) has better animations and stuff. compared to games like Fire Emblem and Advance Wars, this probably leads in difficulty since at times losing a single unit leads to the Game Over screen, that i'm some of the maps are taking me more than an hour to complete. your units are customizeable, VERY customizeable from the robot to the weapons to even the pilots. as for Summon Night i can't really say anything for it since i didn't buy it. but consider this though both are Atlus games and Atlus is known notoriously for having limited quantities of games...

Yeah, if you check gamespot, they have a buncha new videos for it. Two of the main things that make me happy are the facts that you can play this on Wifi AND the main character doesn't have to use a whip. There's a video of him swinging a great sword around.

BTW VJ Scratch is pretty awful. They should never make a VJ game that allows for only two regular sized enemies on screen at once. That's like making a SF game without special moves or multiple playable characters.
The mulitple enemies on screen combos are arguably the whole point of the gameplay of VJ, other than the puzzles and boss battles.

Yeah... Gonna sell the Mario Kart one to my cousin. Or at least I hope my Aunt buys it off of me. I don't think I could do another Red system. It has to be black or white or whatever color the manufacturer forces down my throat. With that said, the Purple Game Cube wasn't so bad.

This is what I'd like to see...
Panzer Dragoon 1 and 2 (it needs a port bad) beefed up as much as possible on the DS.
Panzer Dragoon Saga beefed up as much as possible on the PSP.
Panzer Dragoon Saga 2 on the 360 (since Orta come out on the Box) or Wii (cheaper to make so less of a risk) or PS3 (for the best possible graphics?).
