I've seen a lot of combo vids use SA III to finish off juggle combos, why don't they use Rocket Upper instead? What is it that SA III has that I doesn't?

Doesn't Rocket Uppercut juggle weird so that it gets only a few hits on certain juggles? On those Corkscrew Blow will hit.
