That's actually not what that means at all.

Oro took on Sasuke's Sharingan directly. He felt like he could overcome it. He couldn't.

That doesn't mean that Oro couldn't have beaten Sasuke in a fight in which he intended to kill Sasuke.

If Jiraiya were to fight Sasuke, I strongly doubt his gameplan would be to take on the Sharingan directly.

It's important to be able to create love/hate relationships with readers and yeah I personally loved hating on Sasuke it was the only constant since all my favorites (generally the self absorbed badasses) keep dying due to bad guy disease.

Suigetsu & Sasuke enters some place which looks like a prison, where those Orochimaru imprisoned are put.

They meet Karin, a woman with glasses. At first, she refuses to go with them. Suigetsu leaves the room and as he does, her personality suddenly changes. She locks the door to the room. She then lets out a breath, takes off her glasses and gets close to Sasuke, then says "Well, if it's Sasuke who says it, then I suppose I'll go". Sasuke says "What the? You changed your mind quite fast.". To this she responds "Well, I am assigned to watch-duty here after all, so I had to think a little about it".

She gets closer to Sasuke. Sasuke says "You.. back away a bit". She then says "Say... Why can't it just be you and me? Suigetsu isn't necressarilly... huh?"

Suigetsu apparently returns to the room by destroying the wall. Suigetsu then says "Let's get going, Sasuke. If Karin aren't going to come..." Sauske says: "Nah, she's coming". Karin says "W... Who's going to come! I'm just... happening to go in the same direction as you! Errhrm!".

Scene switches to a man in a prison cell who's mumbling: "No... a woman after all... Yeah, a woman it'll be, no wait... a man after all... yeah, a man it'll be." End.
... So... Karin = Gender-bender? ._.

The animation is crap , theres a big lack of bgm and its ULTRA slow, you see the same damn scene a thousand time before they actually move on. I don't get why naruto's animation team is so damn lazy and so damn slow. Compared to One Piece anime that has 302 episodes out and everything is still decent. Theres absolutely no excuse for this.

i personally prefer this style, makes people that havent seen the manga enjoy soaking up the moments instead of getting tongue in cheek dialogue

Since I read the manga I only really watch the anime because I want to see the highlights. Pretty much just watch the good fights and whatever. But even if I didn't read the manga I think that I'd still think the anime seemed a little drawn out.

I think you're being a little too harsh. While I agree the ep. was a little slow and repetitious, the animation was fairly decent compared to some of the eps in the rescue Sasuke arc.

I just read through 348 again, I can't believe I didn't notice Suigetsu's arm getting huge when he busted the door open. I wonder what kind of stuff he's capable of?

Suigetsu says "So Juugo's last then" I wonder what Sasuke has in mind, other than the obvious kill Itachi. He wouldn't have picked specific people unless he had something more complicated planned. And when Suigetsu said that "He's here to bring peace and safety to the whole world" was he just being funny wasn't he or do you think Sasuke would have his own take over the world plans?
Sasuke might want those prisoners to spread the word that he is getting powerful, so the word will reach Itachi, who will then come looking for him. Sasuke either doesn't know where Itachi is or wants to save himself the trouble of looking.

Sasuke's had that kind of speed ever since he went with Kakashi and learned the Chidori. While learning it Kakashi made him learn taijutsu and get much faster in order to better use the Chidori.

There are 2 women, 2 semi-adolescent dogs/wolves, and the oldest wolf/dog, Kuromaru (Damn lousy dubs with the mispronunciations. I thought she said "Konomaru") The women have facepaint like Kiba. Are either Kiba's sensei or mom?

Sorry about the mislead. They don't appear much in the series later on, and since part 2 has started you'd be pressed to see a lot of the characters from the original show. The focus had definately changed to a more serious tone...

Also is it me or is Naruto really dry when it comes to unpredictable battles. Like when they had the Garra vs Rocklee fight it was the shit. It was wroth waching and things were really crazy. Or when Naruto and the others were fighitng Zabuza and Haku. Even in the Chuunin exams, the show had alot of surprises.

If he's even still Kazekage--I can totally see Temari being (acting) Hokage, not just because she's a tomboy and assertive but because she's so damned bright--of the Village Hidden in the Sand, then he's doubtless training if he's well-enough. I figure that well see him again, eventually, but he won't be the Gaara that we're used to, in one way or another; he might have actually been able to get some damn sleep for once, for instead, though it would be weird seeing him without huge bags around his eyes.

As for what the hell happened to being lame, I'm sure other people could tell, especially if you're more detailed about what disappoints you. Is it just the lack of battles? Because things that are battles only usually don't last of a story anyway.

Shiro_420, I doubt Gaara is weak in comparision to Deidara. He was distracted due to his responsibilities and desire to protect his people as Kazekage. However, that is not to say that Deidara could not beat him. Deidara underestimated but he saw through Gaara's priorities and tactics.

I was thinking more along the line of that Deidara realizes Gaara always have sand for defense and for offense. Deidara realizes Gaara prioritize his villagers' safety, so he threatens them with the clay bomb, C3. Then when Gaara is distracted by the C3, Deidara sends other clay bombs at Gaara to make him use his defensives sand. This would ensue Deidara's earlier implemented clay bomb to do optimum damage since they are now within close range and within a closed surrounding.

When he and Gaara first faced off, and D went for his clay bag, causing Gaara to attack, Deidara's evasive leap was fucking spectacular...he took off like he had a jet booster up his ass. Why does everybody think Gaara will be weak without Shukaku? He never used his (shukaku's) chakra that I know of. Everything Gaara did outside of transforming was with his own chakra, correct? If anything he should be even more badass since that fool can actually go to sleep now.

Exactly, the only thing the demon allowed him to do was lose sleep, transform and have auto guard. And the 1st 2 i listed suck..Basically he has to move around now. Maybe he'll still have some form of auto guard sand but just not as strong/quick.


Every time i've seen gaara he's been using his own chakara and his own form or "sand ninja magic" the only thing he depended on that really relates to the demon was the auto guard....

Haven't gone too deep into it yet, been trying stuff in practice mode. I kept on trying to see if I could cancel into shurikens and I could! I guess this adds to whatever mix-ups this game has? I mean, I'm using Sakura and have a few tricks already using the technique. She's awesome :D

Options on the first screen, the top goes into the main screen, the second loads a save. Pick the first option then press start to save data - just hammer circle a few times then the game will say you've saved. Hit circle again to go back to the main menu (the game asks you if you want to save when you change/do anything so when them screens appear, just pick the left most/top most option [Yes/No]).

The main game options are as follows (there's a character portrait next to the kata of all the modes):

Master Mode (Naruto): The main RPG mode.

Hero Mode (Sakura :3): Where you play through though Naruto story arcs, occasionally doing some missions to gain some cash...quite a few movies and memories :(

Free Battle (Gaara): Where you would play VS mode. You can set several options here too...

Practice Mode (Jiraiya): Practice some shit.

Shop (Iruka): Buy a whole manner of shit here.

Collection (Kakashi): View/listen to the stuff you brought here, as well the movies you obtain in Master and Hero modes.

Options (Chiyo): Set the options here...A/V, menu assistant and some other stuff I can't remember off the top of my head.

codebreaker supports the use of USB thumb drives for transfering saves to the memory card, you can probably look into that. Thats what I did, if your system is modded, you can find codebreaker pretty easily online.

To perform a kawarami just press R2 or L2 when your about to get hit, its all about timing

kawarimi no jutsu is performed by pressing R2 or L2 before an attack hits you, think of it like 3rd strike parrying. i advise reading des's FAQ on Gamefaqs for this game to understand some stuff.

i'm just guessing but those ones with the blue text are like special attacks that use chakra i think... like with kakashi, doing down, down circle will activate raikiri(can also be charged by holding circle and pointed anywhere on the screen, looks amazing)

doing down, down, circle with neji is a palm blast move that can be charged that uses chakra as well... wow i just realized you can do it in the air too after an air combo too. neji is a beast

anyway i wouldn't worry about it, the combo and move system is pretty simple. you just need to fuck around with it a bit and you'll get the hang of things until someone creates a more thorough faq on gamefaqs.

And why does Suigetsu take the handle off of Zabuza's sword when he's not using it? I don't really think that it would make it much easier to carry around or anything.
