tobi=obito and that it, here's what happen:

Obito was about to die when madara found him, madara being already old and with not much time to live suggest that tobi and him fused. The whole fusion process was only possible because they both shared the Uchiha bloodline. Tobi acepted. Then madara use his last powers to heal obito and proceed to fused toghether with him.
Now fused with madara obito seeks to complete the revenge madara had in mind but was to debilitated to do on his own.

Ha! I love how Tobi turned out to be Madara. If that dude is indeed more sinister than Kyuubi then the stuff is really gonna hit the fan. Had a feeling something was going on with Tobi but I never expected him to be Madara. Bet even Itachi can't take that dude. Just once, I'd like to see an expression of fear on Itachi's face.

So when Naruto does become Hokage who's gonna be his advisors? I think Neji would be a good choice. Shikamaru would be good too, but I doubt he'd want the job. Too much work and all.

Apparently each Akatsuki has a special chakra which animals respond to.

あとはカリンと水月の喧嘩、ジュウゴの暴走を止めるみたいな感じがあって場面終了
Karin and Suigetsu get in a quarrel afterwards. The scene ends with Juugo's berserk rage being quelled.

demon chakra isn't even the same as human chakra. So unless this guy is the OG uchiha and his dad is a tengu there shouldn't be any comparison between his finite chakra and the "ultimate" kyuubi chakra. The only thing that levels the playing field is that naruto can't FULLY utilize the fox's power.

well there's only 3...
sasuke was the sole survivor, itachi was the one who killed the whole village. we already figured that the madara thing with the tengu background story thingie would probably come into play if you read the theories floating around. obito's body was never recovered, so that equals 3. we knew that madara existed but he was locked away in a temple if you buy the theories floating around. thats 4. madara and obito were not in the village around the time itachi slaughtered his clan so again, thats 2.

i mean the theories for the most part have been accurate. the whole thing with deidara and his art was accurate, right? the birds, the mouths on his hands, etc. all have been tied to a japanese artist...somebody figured that out. the same ppl made a theory on the whole uchiha thing being tied to mythology or something like that.

basically what im saying is that this shouldn't be a surprise. the only thing that is lame to me is tobi supposedly being madara. i figured that madara was going to come into play but i thought it would be itachi, sasuke and tobi (who i thought was obito, the third sharingan user) bringing him back somehow for some reason.

itachi being driven to kill his village because he knows something that nobody else does about his clan, sparing his brother sasuke in hopes that he'd be able to kill or take on madara to rid their clan of evil and madara wanting to get the kyuubi makes better sense. IMO.

well, madara and tobi could still be two different entities (and still fit the Tobi = Obito theory). It's possible in obito's dying moments, madara as a spirit "took over" obito's body, similar to what orochimaru does.

It also could explain the opposite moods of tobi (cheerful vs evil), the buu, ubu name flip, as well as why Tobi is scared to fight (he not even aware that madara has taken over).

naruto will end up winning for one reason or another. it'll probably look like naruto/itachi/sasuke/kakashi vs. uchiha madara and end up being naruto 9 tails vs. uchiha madara. he's going to end up using the full power he was given. i wouldn't be surprised if pein or BH ended up in the fight somehow. naruto's not dying for a min. if ever. madara will probably try to kill or successfully kill one of naruto's friends, causing him to go 9 tails or ask the fox to lend him his power, etc. etc.

the series isn't going to close out yet...orochimaru will come back into play, kabuto will come back into play, the leader of the root will come back into play, sai will come into play as some sort of spy, naruto's parents have to be explained, akatsuki's true motives need to be revealed, naruto has to become the hokage, hinata and naruto have to get together, the same with shika and the sand girl, etc. the fourth has to be explained, too.

there's still too much story to tell for this to end after this arc. they don't have to necessarily make another stronger guy and so on...they could make it like everything is connected some kind of way. you defeat one evil but the other evil is connected to that...or a string of unfortunate events. the good nin in the leaf village are all gone looking for ONE PERSON. now's the time for root to attack, for example. civil war. get it? the akatsuki arc will be over then they could transition to that. etc. etc.

series like naruto and bleach (dbz, one piece, etc.) are made for the long run. if you don't think there's going to be an endless stream of bad guys for the good guys to triumph over, you're watching the wrong show.

Hmm...9 tailed naruto won't happen....4 tailed naruto drastically shortens his lifespan and the persona of the demon fox begins to take over. 9 tails would break the seal and the fox will be released....this I see happening. But in some weird twist of fate, the fox will side with naruto as his summon, him being the fox's only possible master.

Naruto doesn't have to become hokage in the series....that would mean tsunade's death IMO.....naruto still has a long way to go before becoming hokage....in age and experience. You might try and reference Gaara becoming the kazekage but this was largely an attempt to keep him under control, as they feared him, which is not the case with naruto.

Bleach is by all accounts a shorter, more to the point series. I don't get it? It's nothing like naruto in that respect. Bleach is shinigami vs. hollows...fighting to save the world. Naruto is convoluted as hell. Nobody even knows why their fighting except sasuke. I'm pretty sure most of ataksuki don't even know who's calling the shots (wtf haha)

if you've been reading naruto since the start, you'd know the guy has every quality needed to be hokage. he has the strength, the chakra, the love of ppl, the trust of ppl...he converts enemies to friends, etc.
i'm not saying that he's going to be hokage in chapter 365 but he will eventually become the hokage. ppl compared him to the fourth for a reason. there's way too much foreshadowing throughout the series for him not to become hokage one day.

Itachi takes one step forward and looks up at the sky.

Kisame: Now now, you'll catch a cold like that.

Itachi continues to ignore him.

Kisame: Can't imagine what a cold-blood fellow such as yourself could be thinking at this time, but...if I didn't know better I'd say your shedding tears as if to say "it begins..."* I'm terribly sorry about your brother. The Uchiha clan is now down to you, I'm afraid.

*I might be wrong here. I'd need to see the actual manga. So take it with a pinch of salt.

Itachi: It isn't...

The downpour of rain becomes a trickle.

Itachi: He's not dead yet... and besides...

Kisame: Whatever do you mean?

We see Itachi's face reflected on a puddle of water.

Itachi: Seems the rain's stopped.


The scene switches to Team Hebi. They're at an Inn.

Sasuke: So, you guys manage to get useful info on Itachi?

Karin: Try sounding like our boss when you’re not all beat up, will ya!

Suigetsu: Well, there was lots to be found on "Akatsuki" itself, but nothing concrete on Uchiha Itachi.

Juugo: I spoke to some animals, and learned the location of several of Akatsuki's hideouts*. In the area sorrounding the hideouts, a huge, unsettling chakra can always be felt. That's what the animals said.

*Yes, Juugo can speak to animals.

Suigetsu: Woah, ya don't say! Base creatures like animals can pick up chakra too...wait, no... they can pick it up because they're base - Just like Karin!

Karin: Come again!?

Suigetsu: Whoa!

Karin kicks Suigetsu in the face.

Suigetsu's face mutates into water.

Water spills over to Sasuke's face.

A bird escapes from Juugo's shoulder.

Juugo's body begins to tremble.

Karin: Suigetsu, you son of a bitch! This is the last straw!

Karin goes all out punching Suigetsu

Suigetsu: Hey! C'mon! Hold on!

Suigetsu's upper body mutates into water.

Juugo: Kill...need to kill...must kill...

Sakura recalls the moment when she walked by Karin.

Kakashi: Most likely Sasuke's formed his own team. Of the other six scents, two belong to Akatsuki members, but the rest...

Naruto: Then what are we waiting for! We go after Sasuke's scent! (ttebayo!)

Ninken: Hold yer horses, Naruto We can't.

Naruto: What the? Why not!?

Kiba closes his eyes.

Kakashi: Their scents vanish here.

Naruto: Whaddaya mean?

Yamato: Typically, it would mean that either Sasuke was flung away without a trace by the explosion*, or he used space-time ninjutsu to teleport to another location.

*I had a lot of trouble with this line, so take it with a pinch of salt.

Kiba: From what I can tell... yeah, it's the latter.

Naruto: ?

Kiba: My nose right now's better than a Ninken's*! I'm on to ya, Sasuke!

*Ninken = ninja dog.

Kakashi: Better than a Ninken's, ey? ... You've come a long way in a short time, Kiba. That's the Inuzuka clan for ya!

Naruto: Lead the way, Kiba!


The scene switches to Akatsuki.

Puppet master: Uzumaki Naruto... he can no longer be dismissed as a mere brat. Not only is he equiped with powerful jutsu, but his comrades are numerous, as well. It won't be easy. He took out two of Kakuzu's hearts in a single blow, if you can believe that.

Girl: Your words of caution are unwarranted. Pain's yet to lose a single battle.

Puppet master: Heheh...well...there's no denying that. That'll be all. Have the other members pick up the pace in their hunt for the remaining Jinchuuriki.

Pain: No need to tell me that.

The Puppet master takes the Akatsuki coat that hung on the wall puts it on.

Puppet master: The time is finally at hand…and it won’t be long before our objective is achieved.

The cloudy sky grows ominous.

Puppet master: And then, all will return to it's rightful state.* (*Lit. it's original form, for those who wish to look deeply into the line).

It starts to rain, and lighting falls.

We see Tobi's face under the light.

Tobi: And Sharingan's true power... the power of I, Uchiha Madara will -!

Through the hole in his mask we see Sharingan.

Tobi disappears.

Girl: The heavens cry again... Pain... you...


Sidebar: A shocking truth is revealed by the light of the storm! (no pun intended). The one pulling Akatsuki's strings is Tobi...and his eye is a Sharingan! The third surviving Uchiha calls forth lighting!

Naruto screwing up makes him that much more of a believable character. He isn't perfect but how many Chunin and Jonin's in Konoha can do the stuff Naruto can do?

Here are my thoughts on an ending to the series: I actually thought Naruto could get captured, have Kyuubi extracted from hin, get revived, Kyuubi goes on a rampage and Naruto pulls out all the stops to put him down. No sealing him inside an infant, none of that stuff. Naruto flat out ends his existence. After everything Naruto's been through, I think finally be free of that demon and being the one to kill it would be a pretty just reward.

Oh and I finally saw the anime of Zabuza's death. Man, that ep was so sad. :sad:

the old man Kisame captured was the four tails. Keep in mind that they have to extract the biju out in order or whatever they're doing won't work. I'm only saying that they've captured and extracted 4 because there's Shukaku, the two-tailed cat, the weird three-tailed turtle thing, and the old man's biju. If you guys can think of the other ones if you think I'm wrong then that's fine.

the series isn't going to close out yet...orochimaru will come back into play, kabuto will come back into play, the leader of the root will come back into play, sai will come into play as some sort of spy, naruto's parents have to be explained, akatsuki's true motives need to be revealed, naruto has to become the hokage, hinata and naruto have to get together, the same with shika and the sand girl, etc. the fourth has to be explained, too.

there's still too much story to tell for this to end after this arc. they don't have to necessarily make another stronger guy and so on...they could make it like everything is connected some kind of way. you defeat one evil but the other evil is connected to that...or a string of unfortunate events. the good nin in the leaf village are all gone looking for ONE PERSON. now's the time for root to attack, for example. civil war. get it? the akatsuki arc will be over then they could transition to that. etc. etc.

-> loss of kyuubi, in one form or another

I don't know about Zetsu since he doesn't wear a headband but I think that he may be a grass ninja. Tobi is either Uchia Madara, or it's Uchia Obito. Both make sense, but in my opinion if it's Madara why would he walk around with a one eyed mask, plus compare Tobi's hair and Obito's hair, and during the fight with Deidara Tobi was being really goofy, something Obito did.

I'm hoping it's obito, that way when he fights kakashi it will be a really bad ass fight.

Well maybe not faked his death.. but was killed and brought back? If you take note to the amount of years Itachi was in Akatsuki, it puts him at age 11 when he joined.

So he was still a Konoha nin when he joined. And has already been in for a while when Shisui was 'killed', and by then he'd have met Orochimaru. Maybe Shisui ran things all along? He had Itachi kill him, and Oro resurrect him, in order for Itachi to gain his MS.. and maybe then vic versa?

Who knows.. maybe Itachi gained his another way, I doubt Kakashi killed a friend for his MS..

Actually it's not Madara, I'm really doubting it's Madara, a lot of internet bullshit has surfaced about it being Madara, madara isn't even a character really if it was tobi he would at least have a face in the story(no pun intended:rofl:).

Obito was developed, and is the only person that we know has sharringan and can be alive(beside sasuke, kaka, and itachi), even though we know he was killed we've seen some wild stuff, it's possible obito is alive, it's defintley possible. I mean look at his hand on the last page of 364 you can see it looks deformed, plus there is some metal rods hanging from his body in the picture too...hmm?

How can u say Madara isn't a character? He was Introduced by the 9-tails. The 9tails told Sasuke that his sharingan was just like Madara. We think he might be the other statue facing Shodai. Then the only plot hole would be age, but im thinking Uchihas basically run the manga so the God Uchiha should be able to stay young.

yea, i just read your post before about the translation. While I have a great deal of trust on the translators, i'm still not sold. They probably have more experience than me in Japanese (i can understand a decent amount). If you did a direct translation, it could be read as both ways.

But even the translator mentioned that even in the context that he's speaking as Madara, Tobi (a revived Obito) could just be a vassal for Madara.

Either way, Kishi is ultimately the writer, so the thing can go either way.

1) Konoha isn't the main focus of the Akatsuki, the entire world is.

2) Obito doesn't have a reason to bear any grudge against Konoha. He died fighting for his friends. If he was the kind of person who'd hold a grudge over that, he wouldn't have gone after Rin, when Kakashi wouldn't, and he wouldn't have given Kakashi his eye.

Obito was a character created for the sole purpose of shedding light on Kakashi's past.

What chapter is that in?. I rememeber sasuke meeting the 9tails yes and madara was mentioned, but other then that and last chapter I don't recall ever reading about him.

I think another possibility is maybe someone ressurected obito from his death or from the grave, but in return he had to sell his soul(figuratively) to someone or something?....Just another possibility I thought of.

Having Tobi be Madara actually doesn't make a whole lot of sense. All Uchiha's are supposed to be dead save for Itachi and Sasuke, but - oops! Missed one. Even if Itachi didn't cut him down, dude's, what, really, really old? And then he decides to join his own group and fumble around for a bit...because he really liked Deidara? And when you get right down to it, all we know about "Madara" is that Kyuubi gave him props.

We're all hoping it does make sense because maybe it will start to explain the Uchiha clan, which is really the only decent plot point left in the series. Was it Madara who coerced Itachi to go from the prodigal son to clan killer and Akatsuki? Is this what Sasuke found out that made him even more emo? Why do they want tailed beasts anyway?

As I said, with that wording, Tobi probably is Madara...but I wouldn't drop 100% on it.

And why would Obito become evil? That wouldn't be very hard. He survives the cave in, and is captured by rock ninjas. They keep him captive and torture him for information over the years. Obito becomes twisted over the years and blames Konoha and Kakashi for his predicament. It's been done thousands of times. 24 fans can think back to Stephen Saunders from S3.

Ive been wondering about that too. I think the whole world domination thing was just a plot to get members to boost up the Akatsuki's power so they can get their hands on the bijuu.
It really looks like the "real" akatsuki is just Pain, blue-hair, tobi and the leader. I have a feeling Kisame and Itatchi are just drones like the others that died only they have a real reason for being an akatsuki other than power/money obsessions. Plus theyre actually vital to the overall plot.

sasuke didn't take on the leader though...
deidara was at a disadvantage because sasuke is a long range fighter (he can fly...). had sasuke taken on hidan/kakuzu it might be a different outcome (ok it wouldn't because fucking sasuke is broken).

Sasuke isn't a long range fighter. If he were, he wouldn't have needed to get up in Deidara's face. Deidara is a long range fighter, and Deidara flies as well. How is any of that a disadvatage for Deidara? Plus, Deidara trained to specifically counter Sasuke's best move. Sasuke was the one with the disadvantage in that fight. Deidara only lost because he got careless and underestimated Sasuke early on.

from what i read on NF, they indicate that naruto ran into itachi and itachi says come here or something like that...

i honestly don't think itachi is going to attack naruto...i still feel like they're going to end up teaming up...kisame as well, when all is said and done.
