My question if Sasuke kills Itachi what's next for Uchiha Sasuke?

It’s crazy because we've seen both fight several times and we probably only know only about 30% of their abilities. I agree with the poster above that Sasuke is not close to being strong enough to kill his brother.

Maybe Naruto will be the one to finish Itachi off thus leading to the life long rivalry between the two.

All I know is if Itachi goes out like a scrub I will probably lose all interest in Naruto. Way too many Akatsuki dieing like peons. :annoy:

I don't think Sasuke makes rational decisions when it comes to Itachi. He tried to take him on during the Sannin saga and got eye-bitch-slapped for his efforts.

I have the sneaking suspicion that Sasuke is going to "die" to Itachi...and come back to life for us to realize that he got out of the sticky situation just barely. To give Sasuke his due, he's gone WAY up ability wise. he's murked Orochimaru, Deidara AND Manda this year alone!! I mean, DAMN!! dudes gonna end up in the bingo book as the PKK of the Naurto world. I'm still not warming up to his new crew just yet though. I mean, you've got the evil version of Naurto and sakura in karin and shigetsu (If I used the wrong name here, sorry. still, with all this back-up, I don't know if Sasuke has the right stuff to take on Itachi yet. I really haven't seen them do anything other than own up some cursed seal cannon-fodder. yeah, that's not easy to do, but you gotta give the new kids some quick street cred and beating up an army of monster ninjas sounds like a good way to do it. still, with what little we've seen, I can't give the fight to sasuke and company if kisame is there to back up itachi. the ONLY way I can see them getting around both of them is if Itachi hasn't improved in the past few years. of course, there is the mention whatever the "eye" condition Kakashi spoke of before. that could be the card that turns things in Sasuke's favor, but until you know what it is, we can't know what effect it'll have during battle.

Yeah in the anime I was super confused when chiyo says his parents aren't human puppets and therefore have none of their own chakra or abilities...then they explain that by showing that sasori didn't actually kill them and that he fashioned the puppets from scratch.

No he doesn't. The cost of using Sharingan is much higher for him than it is for Sasuke and Itachi. Itachi has exhausted himself by using 3 Mangekyou Sharingan Doujutsu in the same day, and so has Kakashi. The difference is that Itachi could still move around freely afterwards, while Kakashi suffered more than simple exhaustion, and was bed-ridden for quite a while after the Rescue Gaara arc.

Kakashi's use of the Sharingan is apparently quite good, but the drawbacks are much greater for him. It's possible that, due to his experience with so many different kinds of chakra control, his exceptionally high intelligence, and his rivalry with Konoha's Taijutsu specialist, give him somewhat of an edge when it comes to reproducing copied techniques. He basically has all the tools necessary to excel in various forms of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu. And I'm willing to bet there were few Sharingan users in the past who could match him in this area.

That said, he may not compare to them when it comes to Sharingan Genjutsu.

Seriously, Last nights episode had to be the worst Shippuuden Episode...or dare I say it...the worst Episode of Naruto minus the fillers of course...EVER!

There was soooooo much freaking useless dragging out, it was rediculous...they didn't show anything in terms of interest until the last 20 seconds of the episode with Sakura...thats it.

Did anyone see last night in the Team Gai fight sequences...for about 1 minute or so a piece (For Gai, Neji, Ten-Ten and Lee)...They just kept repeating the same animation scene over and over...so that was about 4-5 minutes right there, Wasted...then when it panned back into Akatsuki's hideout and Sakura's fighting, Chiyo says something regarding Sakura.....and that last for about 2 minutes...Then for some odd reason...She says it again!! !?!?! What the hell?

Out of 20 minutes of showing time...I'd say there was maybe 8 minutes of actual worth, thats sickening. Whats worse is we've gotta wait a week for that...then people criticize and wonder why people get fed up with Naruto and either

About the gai fight: Yeah that whole episode was pretty much useless. How much time was wasted watching rocks fall into the water and sakura doing random BS through out the episode? Honestly why don't they just get through this arc and then kill the show for about a year and start again? For real, I don't understand why they don't do reruns in Japan at all. If I heard right, filler is what killed the Rurouni Kenshin anime. So the Revenge arc (vols. 18-28 of the manga) was never animate. Man it would have been dope to see the arc get the anime treatment.

After 80+ eps of Naruto filler for part I and hearing about how bad they sucked, I was afraid the show was gonna get canned.

They DO have good animation studios, the problem is, this is a shonen title, so they outsource animation for a large majority of the episodes to cheaper Korean animators(not that they don't have good studio's too). So all the amazing episodes, like any involving Rock fights are generally the ones actually done in Japan.

Man, hearing about part II Naruto anime is just depressing. Aren't they supposed to have top tier animation companies in Japan? As it stands, pt. II of Naruto anime sounds completely effed up.

I'll probably end up watching every single Naruto filler ep. I mean, if I watched all of the Garlic Jr. Saga from DBZ (my word that sucked so freaking hord), then I should be able to watch Naruto fillers. Besides, I heard there were some cute Naruto/Hinata parts during the fillers.

CN is showing 100 eps of Naruto starting this Friday at 6 AM. Gonna be three straight days of Naruto from ep 1-101. Wonder if my DVR can hold that many eps of Naruto.

I actually bought the box set of Garlic Jr. Saga on DVD a few years ago. Man, do I want my $19.99 and my time back. :sad: Most DB and DBZ filler I don't mind but that was effing HORRID!! Well, to be fair, the "Krillin's Proposal" ep wasn't that bad. Best ep in the whole dumb thing.

Speaking of Sakura, watching the eps of part I, makes me wonder why would Naruto even put up with someone with such a short fuse. His head is so far up her butt he can see her next dump load and her head is so far up Sasuke's butt. Meh.

As for Hinata not being able to get with Naruto because of family, well they may not be against it. Anything is better than Naruto ending up with that walking mass of failure Sakura over Hinata.

I have to admit, I didn't really give much thought to naruto dying, but I can't dismiss it either.
