Additional hits hard to get on Live?

Is it just me or are some of these very hard to get?? Marys and Clarks for exaple are easy as hell. But I'm having a real hard time getting....Tizocs and Billys to come out. In the arcade I'm the shiznite with Tizoc because of the additional hits. Shit, since you can cr d :df: :df: b you can really own up with his. But I can't do it with a shit online. Is it because it's online or because I don't have a stick or are they actually hard to land and I just get lucky in the arcade? :encore:

in all seriousness, i think its just cause you are on a pad. ive been useing the controler S for YEARS, and this particular one for 1.5 years, so its broke in for fighting games. it takes a good 3+ months of solid use for a D pad to get broke in enough to be of use. i can barely do DPs on a new pad.
