I always seem to get collared by this fucker online. I see it coming, and try to jump up/away or try and attack/counter and it always gets me.

How the hell do you get away from it?:wonder:

If they cancel off a shoulder charge and lag is a factor, it's very tough to beat. Try to hit Alex with a standing LP as he's about to land. He's vulnerable all the way through the jump so the punch should beat him.

Standing lp can be a touch choice, because it hits pretty low and doesn't have much priority... at least for online.

What characters do you use? If it's a shoto, you should be able to jump up and do mk or hk, but you could try a shoryuken or standing hp...

you dash, forward or back, depending on which strength stun gun he does. then punish accordingly

Jump up mk and hk I find to be more difficult for some reason. I agree with sabre or XEN. As long as you can time it then you should be able to jab with no problem or dash accordingly.

Someone beat me in a tourney with that stupid shit once and no one would tell me how to beat it. Well at least I got that bastard back though muhahahhaa. But its all good cause hes cool peeps

Im usually with Alex or Hugo so seem to get raped by it, even if it isnt off the shoulder slash thing. Cheers tho, will have a play about more.

When I play Hugo against a Stun gun player, I choose sa3 and simply throw that out as soon as they cancel the super off a shoulder charge. Funny how it looks like it'll hit Alex out of the air, but actually all hits get him :lol:

Parry it. :confused: . Ok jk. But yeah, from my understanding everyone can just s.LP Alex out of it EXCEPT for Hugo if it's canceled off a slash because Hugo is so big he's caught before his jab comes out after the hit stun.

Protip: If you're using Dudley and they try to cancel a slash/chop into a LP stungun, you can HK backswing blow xx super. Don't get predictable with this though because then they can do a MP stungun instead which will catch you in the middle of the backswing blow.

Man, this is one time where Q has it easy! I have people that try to set me up with that StunGun Headbutt ALL THE TIME by cornering me and then activating it or trying to link it in after a normal hit. All you gotta do with Q is press back and standing medium punch and Q either hits them with his uppercut swing OR thanks to the slight amount Q moves forward, Alex lands right behind him leaving you with an opponent who just wasted a special.


I've done it so many times, I laugh at people's choice of Stungun Headbutt now. And I wonder after all these times that I dodge the Stungun if people think I'm just hitting some random buttons out of desperation when they try it on me.


Never seen this anywhere so this is an "RPD patented Q escape device", against Alex.
