Christmas Eve ranking battle is up on KSK's site, get it while it's hot:

SPOILER WARNING
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Oh my god. That's all I have to say. The Japanese have the most incredible skills at this game, it is remarkable. Case in point: Yamazaki taking on the top tiers with his incredible Twelve. He's placed 4th, 3rd, 2nd, and 4th on the last 4 ranking battles. Being a 'former' Twelve player, the stuff he does just floors me. Everytime he plays is like he is pissing all over 3rd Strike tier lists.

Other highlights: KSK gets inched out again in a semi. AFM representing Chun (where's Nuki?). Watching 80% of Gouki's life being drained by a single Genei-Jin string. KO showing Kowappa why he's the best Yun in the world, etc...

Man I swear if ur into 3rd Strike these tournaments have the best match play you can possibly find on the internet.

Man the moment I saw KO and Kowappa in the finals I thought to myself "man, KO is going to school him so bad.." Sure enough, once KO found his groove that was it. Its amazing how KO plays. Not only is he fierce with Yun but he also takes the time to parry inbetween his SA3 chains. Thats something you never see from a Yun player.

Also Yamazaki is quickly becoming my favorite underdog to root for. He has to go through hell just to bring someone's life down by a third meanwhile the Chun Lis and Yuns just need to land a quick combo.

If Yamazaki's Twelve can be that much trouble to Japan's fineist imagine what he would do over here. We would have to redo the tier list...

K.O. is amazing. The guy uses Genei Jin better than anybody and he's not afraid of fighting against it. The number of times I've seen him stuff the opponents Genei Jin and immediately fire up his own. Amazing.

Was it this or the last Ranbat where Yamazaki destroyed Peirre? Because Pierre didn't seem to be on from there. He was dropping Aegis Reflector short nearly all the time? Still a really impressive Twelve though.
