YES. Someone please answer this mans question because it is mine also. I posted in HW discussion and no one answered. Does anyone here use a stick with a dualshock 1 PCB? What converter do you use to play AE with no lag? I wanna know what converter to buy.

Magic Box. I have two of them.
DC, PS2, and Saturn stuff works perfectly with zero lag. Never tested PS1 though...

My magic box will work with the tekken stick but wont work with my custom stick that has a ps1 pcb in it. Ive tried walmart converter, dreambox and magic box and none will work with the custom one but the tekken works only with magic box.

I use the fanny magnet 9000, aka the magic box. Works great with everything its meant to. Worked great with my custom ps'one' stick also.
Tried the dreambox and got HORRIBLE lag with standard ps2 controllers. Which is strange, because they get a lot of recommendations. Maybe I had a faulty one

So you're saying your magic box doesn't work with your dual shock 1 stick?

And you're saying yours does work with your custom stick? Could you elaborate? Is your PCB a dual shock 1?

I should of added I use a p360 in my stick, the buttons seem to work when i press then but the stick wont move. I think its something to do with the additional power needed for p360's I have a battery in the case for it but it just rejects SFAC. Works fine on cvs2 though.

people need to stop being lazy and just freaking wire up an xbox controller and aliminate that horrible middle man (converters) from the equation

But I want to use my stick on PS2 also...not to mention DC occasionally.

I got mine from liksang. It says madrix on it and it has no input delay at all. It's a ps/ps2 to xbox converter and has mic support.

Mine was made with an official PSOne controller, like the ones that came with the mini original Playstations. They have rounded plugs unlike the tradtional controllers which were more squared. Worked perfect with Magicbox. I couldnt get the very first type of PS1 controller working through it tho.

Dreambox converter pwns! As long as you have a good PCB in your controller/stick you're set.
