Connection Problem

I seem to have a connection problem I have a wireless router and my friend just got his wireless router and we cant seem to connect. The thing is he lives only 10 feet away we live in the same apartment complex we never had this problem before he got his router. Do you guys have any ideas?

It actually might be a conflict in routers or something like that. I remember people having similar problems way back in Wolfenstein.
