Announcing Third Strike Thursday! (Starting Tonight!)

By popular demand, I've decided to bring back Third Strike Thursday (also known as TST night). It will start promptly at 8pm Central tonight and to participate you need to have aim. Those of you who remember it know how much fun it was back in the day.

For all the new members, here is what TST night is and what it requires.

1. All participants must have Aim and need to add "ThirdStrikeThurs" to their friend list.

2. No Gill

3. We do a round robin format.

Basically the way it works is the first two players in the chat room play each other. Winner stays and the loser goes to the back of the chat line. Then the next player plays the winner and so on and so forth. Whoever wins stays, loser goes. Just like how we use to do it back in the old arcade days.

If someone manages to beat everyone up in the room, then we reset and start fresh. Thats it:) We may get actual verbal chat going as well but that may not be till later.

To participate, you must have an active Aim account.

Next, add "ThirdStrikeThurs" to your friends list and send me a message. Once I add you to my list, Ill send you the invite to the chat room.

p.s. its a good idea for all the participants to add all the other players to their friends list so we can move faster.

Come one, come all! Tonight, at 8pm Central we'll have the 2nd Annual TST night:) You guys know the routine. Make sure you message "ThirdStrikeThurs" on aim if you want to participate. I will also be hitting you guys up when we start.

We'll begin around 8centralish.

Btw, last week we all just sort of did our own thing once we joined the chat room. Thats cool and all, but this week lets try to stick with the round robin format. If you aren't having any matches its cool if you go and play someone else. But if its your turn try and be ready to play:)

Also, for those of you who want to get in the "Best of Character" list this is a great opportunity to challenge someone who is on that list if your particular character is filled up already. Remember, if the list is full you have to beat someone on that list to get on it.
