I've searched this term on google and they say its pretty common but its these white little bumps on the tip of your tongue and sometimes red/white bigger bumps on the back of ur tongue and often times the tongue feels like its been burned (like u ate something to hot and it fucked up ur tongue)...sometimes they're associated with having a cold and goes away after a couple days or a week at the most... pretty common from the search on google i ran and comments i've read about it anybody ever have this shit on here before? is it common here too? or anybody with more info on this shit?

u can run a google search on tongue zits for some more info and people posting about them having tongue zits

canker sores? or a taste bud getting inflammed, or so i've heard. i dunno

Zits are entirely different, having to do with clogged pores.

I'm pretty sure you are not supposed to have these on the tip of your tongue.

The ones in the back of your tongue are just enlarged taste buds and they are normal.

the white ones on the tip of your tongue were common in the posts from the google search, the red bumps and white bumps are temporary tho. some where sayin they have them when they have a cold or something. They've said the bumps on the back (enlarged tastebuds) are always there you never really notice them before ... but iono im no expert on it

its an infected/inflamed tastebud. no big. usually happens when you bite your tounge and it gets infected. also known as "lie bumps" they go away after a couple days, but they are pretty annoying for the duration.

found some other info on this to help deter the bs herpes comments....

I think your talking about lie bumps not to be confused with canker soars which is HSV1 (herpes). These painful red or white bumps on the tongue are called transient lingual papillitis in M.D.-speak. (They're called lie bumps in the South because of an old tale that telling a whopper would bring one on.) The cause is sharp or crusty foods that cause teeth to scrape and irritate the tongue's papillae, or taste buds. The papillae will heal on their own in a few days.

Damn I've never seen anyone with bumps on the tip of their tongue before. I know there is an array of funny bumps you can get on your tongue, but them being on the tip is news to me. I googled those things and you're right tho.

Never notice them? Who doesn't notice something like that? I'm aware of every little thing on my body and especially my mouth.

There is also a kind of hair that can grow on the tongue too. It's like a black fur covering for your tongue. Pretty grotesque.

Scrape your tongue on a daily basis and you will avoid a whole mess of nasty shit in your mouth.

I didnt know hair can grow on ur tongue thats weird as hell.

its not actual hair, there are no hair folicles on your tounge. its a fungus/infection. really disgusting, i think it has to do with mouth cancer from smokeless tobacco and the like.

canker sores, and cold sores are the result of a form of herpes.....

it's a different strain than the one that rots your cock off, but still in the same family.......
