New with rock

I want to use him with c-ken n sagat so does anyone have any good combos/counters to share? Or is he just not worth using in c since it doesn't have run?

So long as things called lvl 3's exist Rock will never be not worth using.

LOL tru i notice that when i use him charged to lvl3 alot of the time the opponent gets scared and starts turtling n using poke strings alot less often.
