Are you guys adjusting to the 1 second lag or for some of you is there next to zero lag? Yun for instance.. could you juggle right out of the live gate or did it take some time to adjust. I'm getting the 1 second xband type delay. Please let me know.

Heh, it took me a long time to adjust to the lag. Now, I can pretty much combo regularly once I get a "feel" for the lag situation although it changes from minute to minute so I get screwed up sometimes.

Most of the time the lag is about 1 second or so. If I'm facing UK players, then the lag is about 2 seconds sometimes. It's rare for me to get a near perfect connection though.

I have a question on lag. Caparing this to halo. If your hosting, do you get less lag compared to everyone else. Is this the same for 3s and SFAC?? Hell for all fighting games?

no, i experience more lag when hosting, because it relys on your latency and speed, it's hosting another player, which causes you to lag more.

I think that is true because I host and end up with CRAZY lag sometimes (other times its fine) but the opponent seems fine... So I gotta just let him kick my ass quick so I can quit.

xBOX Live is unplayable between 4-8pm. Don't bother playing during those times because you WILL experience lag. Only play in the evenings or early morning hours.

I had been playing from work and would get a good connection 1 and 5 matches.. I decided to try it at home and it was great. It reminds me of the XBAND KI days... just a slight delay that you were able to adjust to. So I guess it is pretty playable. I just wonder how 10 years ago playing on a 9600 xband modem the connection was so good and now it's tough to get a clean match in the day.

At peak hours, from 5-9, yes. Non peak hours, not really. I rarely see lag at all except for those times.

If you live in Scotland then i can personally guarentee you that every match you play will make you want to put your head through your TV.
