I keep forgetting what the name is (Dammit, Shin Rodimus, gimme back my Capcom Illustrations!)...it's either a womanly name, or 3 initials. Bengus kills this art, though. I'm pretty sure this isn't his stuff.

Artist credited for that game's art is CRMK...aka Bengus...d'oh. I always thought they were 2 different guys. See Mr. President? A MAN faces up to his mistakes. "Bad information", indeed...
