Unfortuanately it is not...as of now. As for it coming out later and being playable for the xbox 360 is unknown. However, I think we all hope it does come out eventually.

Nope, and with Hyper Fighting coming to XBLA I don't see it ever being BC. There's profit to be had.

... but maybe its a blessing in disguise. The 360 D-Pad sucks ass, at least the S-Controller one is managable.
