I had a very vague memory of a song I heard in 6th grade that sounded like a rap song with a country western-esque chorus so I google'd the lyrics I could remember and it said it was by some band/person called Towdown (I don't even know what the fuck that is)

So, if it was completely wrong (and I'm assuming it is) then I'm sorry, I tried =[

no worries bro. From what I recall the band were pretty big (3-4 years ago) I think, but I've heard nothing about them since.
