New blanka user

I am a new blanka user, how should I start learning blanka?

I have seen people just roll up(jab+short) or do the spinning move up towards people and then electricity. I wonder how can I accomplish that? Am I able to do that if I use C-groove? I heard that blanka is good at C-groove.

I prefer C-groove.

Tips and tricks please!

while doing roll, start spamming for electric.
while balling towards the victim, start spamming for electric.

And of course you can do that in C-groove...why not?
