June 6th, 2006: The people in the pictures below have my friend’s T-Mobile Sidekick. Instead of doing the honorable thing when finding someone’s phone in a taxi, they instead kept it.

I have found 8 cell phones in the last couple years in taxis. EVERY single one I have contacted the owner (by leaving a message on their voice mail or by answering their phone and telling their friends that I have the phone) and returned it promptly. When people have found my phone, they have also in turn returned it.

I immediately contacted the AOL name: Sashacristal8905 and requested that the Sidekick be returned. I was immediately told that my “white ass” didn’t deserve it back. That she was not a “white bitch” (my friend who is a blonde white girl had pics on the phone this person had obviously seen) stupid enough to return a phone she found. After lots of threats, she said she and her boy would wait for me at:


Right now, I am more concerned about spreading this story. I want people to realize that what goes around, comes around. If you find a phone in a taxi or elsewhere.. it is NOT yours.. return it….and when u lose an item, then the same will happen for u. This is not a religious endeavor or a moral endeavor….this is a HUMANITY endeavor. I want these people SHAMED into realizing what they have done. The man below in the pic is 25 years old. He should know better. This website is linked on many many blog pages and bulletin boards (I will paste which ones later when I finish reading all the emails). Spread the word.






UPDATE #9: June 7th 4:29 a.m eastern Yes..I know..I said I was going to sleep..But I have been laying in bed mulling stuff over. I want to make sure that I am legally in the right in this matter. And as many of you have told me..I beleive I am. We have established that these people have the Sidekick that is "stolen property" as it is reported lost and does not belong to them. As for me posting their pics below....They took it with OUR Sidekick...which then were automatically uploaded to the internet by T-Mobile. The AIM names and email address were the ones they USED contacting me and threatening me. <--biggest lie, The Myspace pages are considered public access. The street address I posed previously THEY gave me when I said I would post the information online. As well as them stating to "go ahead" as they would in turn post pics of my friend that they had copied off the sidekick (which I'm guessing they were bluffing...too bad I wasn't.). So....have I crossed the law in any way? Everything I have done is public knowledge..I have even stated that I am not trying to "harm" them. I just want my sidekick back.

In the case of money since I can't really prove ownership this is more of a case by case scenario because the money was lost through my neglagence and never taken from my person.

I immediately contacted the AOL name: Sashacristal8905 and requested that the Sidekick be returned. I was immediately told that my “white ass” didn’t deserve it back. The victim is not responsible for that website. It's a friend of hers. And it's pretty obvious from reading the page that the victim has little to nothing to do with. I'm sure she knows about it, but probably doesn't have any input on what this guy is doing.

Have you even read the entire page? Just about everything you stated here is debunked by the information there.

1. The site has helped these people. They have gotten loads of information about the theives, what is legal and not legal regarding the page, and what they can do to further their cause.

2. As far as I can tell, just about everything on that page is legal. Not to mention the fact that the theives gave him persmission to post their information.

3. He's not telling anyone to "keep and [an] eye out for her if they see her". He has stated clearly several times that he does not condone those actions.

4. It's not meant to be entirely funny. It's about justice, principal, and even a little bit of 'getting even'.

And who can blame them for wanting to get even? They attempted to resolve the issue and the little trollop got nasty about it. People like that deserve to be exposed for what they are.

I think the reason the website has gotten so many hits and attention is because it's something that a lot of people can relate to. A laptop on ebay is a pretty obscure situation. But someone misplacing a cellphone or it slipping out of a pocket or carrier has happened to thousands upon thousands of people. Happened to me twice, and both times an upstanding citizen returned it to me and refused the reward.

The site appeals to the vigilante in us all and the sense of justice that some (not all) of us possess.

I say those people deserve everything they get in this situation. They chose to keep someone else's property and even refused to return it when the owner contacted them, and now they suffer the consequences.

But seriously, they should just call Judge Judy and take those people to civil court. They have already been on the radio and newspapers, so I'm sure the show would jump at the oppurtunity to have such an infamous case on their docket.

THE MAIN POINT IS....its gone to far, plenty people on those fourms listed. Which i'm guessing you not a member of any or even have looked at are making racial jokes and or turning this into a racial issue. That is serious ownage. That was better than the story of how me and my friend got his Dreamcast back. Basically, my friend went to sleep and a guy who was hanging out with his roomate stole his DC. So, we find out that this guy lives in the dorms so we go to his dorm, he is not there, but his roomate shows up. We tell him that his roomate borrowed his DC and was supposed to be here now to help him return it. The roomate says cool, lets us in, we go into his closet, find it, and take it.

If you find something that does not belong to you, and take it, its legally the same as stealing. This is retarded that it's even being argued.
