A/K groove.

honda in any groove with a roll is good.

rock's best groove is K groove by far, then followed by A groove.

while K honda cant access to his godly RCs in K groove, he has two relatively safe throwaway supers and a lot of invincibility on his specials, particularly his sumo smash.

You can also compromise and use N groove. Honda doesn't gain much from run, but he gets RC's back. Rock gets run and lvl 3 supers.
