i guess its because it was becoming an epidemic... people were saying it in every post so i guess the admin just got tired of it... but it pretty much killed the phrase " u got PWNED" didnt it?

Because over the years this site has resorted to doing some really fucking lame shit.
IE those adds on the left side of the screen. plus remember those other fucking ads they put all over the place

It just gets annoying when you see people typing it in every other post they make. I use a few IRC channels that still kick people for using it.
And Firefox + AdBlock = GGPO ads.

Also, I think the only skin with the ads to the left is the Steel Blue one. I could be wrong, however, since I am premium and use regular Blue. (The only ad I see is the Evo one on the top but that's not really an ad since it's sponsored by the site and everything.)
