I had that piercing before and there are far more cons than pros. You'll have to piss sitting down from now on unless you want to dribble pee down your leg, you can't use condoms anymore, some girls will actually find the piercing painful. I don't know if you are really serious, so I haven't made anything elaborate, but the only thing I can come up with for a lighting cock that doesn't shock you so much is to first take a condom for insulation and put in the proper hole to accmodate for the ring/stud then strip an long length of thin solid core wire.
