* Game Settings: Turbo 2, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games

* Losers finals (loser gets 3rd place) will be best 3/5.

* Winners finals will be best 4/7

* Winner of each match must keep same character.

* If both players would like to choose the same side then a random number selection will determine which player gets to choose side.

* Players may opt to pick double blind

Urgh I suck at anything related to SF2, but I might join in. I would suggest to ban Akuma, and put the Turbo lower, the higher the turbo the more people with worse connections will lag.

You don't need to know how to play as akuma lol, thats why hes banned, stronger players lose to weaker players using akuma, hes got loads of abusable crap. Sure hes not unbeatable, but all it takes is for one person to know what their doing with akuma to ruin the whole tournament.


And lastly RWD didn't sign up, he was just laughing at your crappy rules for akuma. I know this cause RWD is a close mate of mine, allowing akuma made for quite a hilarious conversation on msn actually.

The tournament is now over. I thank everyone that participated and everything. It kinda sucked with all the desyncs and servers crashing but we hung in there. I apologize to all the people that dropped from the tournament. I tried my best to try and find active servers and such. Maybe we can use this server next time:

Your Boxer is the best out there in Kaillera land. I have 3 year old eyes for your Boxer :wgrin: Seeing the results, it could of gone either way 2-1 and 4-3 (!) but you're the better player hands down. I had to go to O. I feel a tiny bit better knowing that I lost to players in the Top 3, Musashi and Vega. I'm still angry that I lost to both of your chuns!! GG though, I managed to play a few players I never played before and they showed me my weaknesses in my E.honda. Those were some close games though Musashi, we definitely should've recorded that.

Jion, thanks for setting up the ST tourney last night. And gg's to all who participated. Even though they were good games, I must admit my heart wasn't all in to it, and i'm pretty sure all of you could tell. I apologize for this. Especially to you Musashi. After waiting for a couple of hours to play, and then our desyncing, I got pretty tired and was restless, until i decided to forfeit my match with Musashi. I just couldn't keep my eyes open anymore. It was then when Musashi told me that he had been waiting for this moment to actualy challenge me in this tournament that gave me the will to continue, and to find another server that would work for us. Regardless, it was a pleasure playing against you, and yes, you can bet we will cross paths again. But I think its safe to say that i'm through with tournaments. Don't get me wrong Jion, you did your best, and it was a nice tourney. But, as i have told some of you in the past...this field isn't for me. That being said however, I will still continue and stick to what i do the very best....KILL GIEF'S. lol.
