Uhh, consider me in the second category. It seems pretty cool, but I couldn't find it with a quick look around the usual places and haven't bothered to try and find it again.

I was able to find the game but it wont show up on my list of games ( i am using the hacked mame from anti3d) any help would be much appreciated.

ha, i should play this game more. had a good time playing you despite the lag earlier and learned a bit myself.

by the way, is that referee any useful?

You should check out the combo video up above at combovideos.com. It shows how the ref can be used for extended combos. You can also pick him up and use him as a shield or throw him at your opponent.

This game looks uber wierdo like,
I mean it looks a lil like samsho with the
refaree in the back and the charaters are wierd
and well wierd. still, I'll give it a try when I get
back home and download it and if I like it well,
I might just get and Netplay with you.
