This is THE best converter and what most people use, you can find them on ebay to, commonly known as the "innovation converter" just look for the "innovation" on top of the converter.

Also, there are plenty of threads like this, do some searching to see how many people like the Innovation, I have 2 myself, they have worked with every single pad/stick I have tried on it.

Also, it's 20 bucks shipping included from the site, and thats the going price for ebay sales to.
