I just got a cell phone

I think its V3. its the razor phone I think. tmoble is my provider. Im a newb when it comes to cell phones. I havent hade one since '02 or so.

Does Razr have a PC connectivity thru USB?

If that's the case, then you can just import files from your PC.

For me, the easiest way to transfer mp3s as ringtones into a RAZR is through Bluetooth, which the RAZR has Bluetooth so you just need to have/find a computer that has it as well.
