Holy Grail meaning they're rare or hard to find for a reasonable price, and you'd even settle for just SCANS of the manga, let alone the physical thing. Mine are
Masahiko's Ryu Final (All I have are scans of the chapter where Ryu fights Hugo and where Sagat defeats Hugo...about 56 pages. Good stuff)
Masahiko's SF Zero manga
Bloody Roar: The Fang
Feda: Emblem Of Justice

Osamu Tezuka's Phoenix trilogy.
Basicly, he's the grandfather of anime and manga. He's the guy who started all this shit.
And while it's not a manga it does discuss about it as well as anime. Susan Napier's Anime: From Akira to Howl's Moving Castle.

Do you love the comic and already have it, or do you love it and need..."the hookup"? I'm talking about every trade paperback...helluva hookup.

Yes, but they are extremely behind, and translations are far and few between [read: slow].
So, roughly 80 percent of the manga is japanese exclusive, and hard to find.
EDIT:
Also, they skipped the first two Volumes, and started with 3. Make that 90 percent of the manga. Jojo is very rare, sir. =P.

Sorry my friend, but 2 volumes missing is not 90 percent of the manga, considering that there are 7 story arcs in the series. ;)
P.S. Holy Grail Manga is MOTHERFUCKING BATMAN!
He transcends all, nuff said.

its cuz jojo is the most popular of the series..so it makes sense...and they usually backtrack later. it also just started recently..u cant expect it to be up to date soon.

Basicly, that's what I'm saying. Just because Viz picked up the license, and started translating a certain part of the series, majority of it is still hard to find/rare to like, every English speaking person here.
Holy grail in da house!

"Secret of Pizza Cat". 300+ pages of Samurai Pizza Cats fan art from dozens of different artists. Was on Yahoo Japan auctions fairly recently, but no one there ever ships outside Japan. :(

Zombie Powder, the manga wotsismug who does Bleach now started out with.
I read this way back in Jump when I was about 15, and (apparently unlike pretty much everyone else who read it) I was completely wrapped up in it. But I stopped buying new Jumps for a while and then the series up and cancelled mid-run, so now I'm completely outta luck. No one seems to have translated it either, so I can't even get it that way. Le sigh.

Ryu Final is rare?
I have both copies, at home in Vancouver.
But it's not for sale.
Unless you offer me something I can't refuse. *shrugs* I honestly didn't know it was rare
