To get to CF(I'm pretty sure these are accurate)

On Broadway(Times Square area), take the M20 Bus heading towards the ferry. Stop at the stop closest to worth st. (~10-15 minute ride)

Make a left on Worth and keep going straight for ~4 blocks. (5 minute walk)

Left on Mott st. for 20 feet.

You're at CF.
