I always knew that Japan has a habit to be completely oblivious to the world around them (and honestly, there's always something in one language that's offensive in another language, right?).. and this has to be the most extreme case. I'm not offended as much as I am surprised.. but does anyone out there know what Nikka means exactly?

Nikka is an just an abbreviation of Dai nihon kajuu (Great Japan Fruit Juice). That's about it, no racism there. And the way you pronounce nikka is with a pause in between the two k's nik ka.
