SFAC for Playstation 2 supports 480p?

Hi i was wondering if Street fighter anniversary collection for the Playstation 2 supports progressive scan(480p) ? I own SFAC for the xbox which supports 480p but i would like to buy a copy for the ps2 and sell my xbox if the ps2 version supports 480p.

Its fake low res at 15kHz. That explains the flickering.Another interesting thing is,
I heard ps2 version uses polygons for hitboxes? Can someone affirm this? At least this would explain why the ps2 version feels so wrong compared to cps3 & xbox.
