Help with makoto (dash->fukiage)

You cancel the last hit of the Super Art. As soon as you see Makoto punch up you double tap forward and that'd'll give you plenty of time to :dp: :p:

you've gotta do a reverse dp after sa2. I know one thing that was screwin me up when I was trying to do the dash dp was that I was doing the dp in the direction of the dash when I should've done it the opposite way, the way that was actually facing the character flying in the screen lol

good topic, i've been wondering about this since i couldn't ever get it. i'll probably use the dash->fukiage instead of the axe kick->hayate->hayate since i can barely connect

I'm guessing you mean after SA2? You cancel the last hit of the Super Art. As soon as you see Makoto punch up you double tap forward and that'd'll give you plenty of time to :dp: :p:
Thankyou so much. Now lets say im on the left side of the screen like in the beginning of the match. I would go: SAII -> dash (left or right) -> fukiage ->now heres my next question. Would i dash again while the fukiage is going on so i can do another one. BTW thanks for you help you answered my question perfectly. Hopefully you could help me with this one.:rofl:

In order for a second fukiage to hit you need to kara it with high kick

Then dash and do a Jab Fukiage. You really should read the strategy section of this forum =\ This isn't really the right place to be asking the questions. But anycase, Kara is pressing two buttons so fast that you cancel one of it's animations. If you Kara the Roundhouse with Strong you'll see that Makoto steps back just a pinch and that'd'll give you enough room to dash and Jab Fukiage to connect.

Now, Im not a Makoto player but I done and second SAII after the first one but the timing is one thing...but if you want to see a good makoto player. See Dark Hokage....a true demon with her...
