What a ridiculous concept. Picking one day of the year to try to improve yourself? Everyone should have that goal every fucking day of the year, not just one. THAT, IMHO, is truly how one can improve themselves, and if you believe in that sort of thing, get closer to enlightenment. There is always room for improvement, and while there is no such thing as perfection, it is important to still strive for it, for that is the only way one can continually improve the quality of their lives, and become more whole.
