QCB+P...Driving me nuts!

Okay, I've heard that this crosses up from multiple people...But I've tested it out A LOT and while she does change sides, the opponent doesn't have to actually block the other way. So, does this cross up? Am I doing this wrong? Or does this just not cross up period...?

im not quite sure but i think it goes something like this:

on a downed opponent do :qcb:+:p:(hold it) over there body. then let go :p: while there still down but in the animation of them rising. it should cross up then? maybe.

don't use that as a cross up, it's not safe and if they block it then you are open for a big punish for any character who has reach and a super ready. you can use it for AA to get out of corners and during a combo like for example. s cl.rh, qcb+f, qcf+f.
