How *moddable* are mas sticks?

hi guys, i'm new around these parts... but great forum nonetheless. i had a question for you stick modders and mas stick owners. how moddable is the mas stick? i recently bought a standard super pro stick w/ 8-way competition happ joystick and AMS buttons. in the future, i would like to maybe mod the overlay graphic in addition to replacing the buttons w/ sanwa buttons and upgrade the stick to either the 360 optical or happ super.

any details would be great... and if any of you provide modding services like this, let me know.
