Ya I'm trying to mod my T5 stick but I'm scared I might break it in the process.
So I was wondering if anyone who's in the bay area or more specifically in the south bay area (palo-alto, milpitas, San Jose ect.) is willing to tutor me on how you can mod sticks without fucking them up????
I sure wouldn't mind a internet tutorial yes but I think I may screw up though if I tried to read one of those guides.
If you don't wanna post in here for whatever reasons it's cool, I'll accept PMs as well.
Thanks for your time fellow SRKers.

modding the T5 stick is SUPER easy, even for beginners. i've helped quite a handfull of people on the board with their T5 mods, and they all seemed to turn out fine. if you see anything in the tutorial that needs clarification, just send me a PM and i'll help you out with it.

My advice: Try modding a Streetfighter anniversary stick first. Its not hard at all, will be a good learning experience, and once your done putting in the happ parts you've got an GREAT stick afterwards.
Also removing the original stick is not at all hard, despite what others may say. At least it was not hard when i did mine.
Until i did it myself, i had no idea that the ONLY electrical parts in a happ stick, are the 4 microswitches! And fixing a broken stick, appears as simple as swapping out the little broken (cherry?)switch with a new one.

I'm in almaden but I'm not moving my ass a single inch. I'm not sure when I have time, but you can probably sneak by on the weekend and we'll quickly mod it up for you or at least I'll show you how it's done. Please PM me with your age ethnicity appearance etc... (a photo will do actually) My parents get uneasy sometimes so it makes a difference, not that I care so long as you don't butt rape me.
Like they all said though, modding a t5 stick is super easy.
