I was wondering if anyone has played on a Sanwa JLW with leaf switches and how would it compare to a Seimitsu LS-32 or Sanwa JLF. Currently I'm looking for a Seimitsu LS-32 but it's almost hard to find atm and seeing that the JLW is readily available and has leaf switches if its similar to the Seimitsu.

you'll find that leaf switches and non leaf switches really don't make that much of a difference (and they aren't leaf switches, I think the proper term is levered microswitch; leaf switches are an entirely different type of switch). The JLW probably plays more like a JLF than a seimitsu, although, they'll probbaly all play different from one another.

I happen to have a seimitsu, think I should monopolize it on the trading outlet :P?

sanwa does not use leaf switch (normal microswitches with plain lever). JLW works similarly to LS32 but there is considerably harder spring. I play on JLW + GTO (circle restrictor). I think that this the best mechanical joystick with roundabout rotation.

I have J-Stik too. Excellent stick. Spring is a bit harder than in Seimitsu LS-32 but this is not important (JLW is light, LS-32 very light :)). I think Sanwa JLW have better (solid, precise, good restrictors) construction than LS-32.
Otherwise both (JLW and LS-32) are excellent in action especially in beatemup games with 8-way square restrictors (default).
