Basically the cure for it is so cheap and easy to produce that no company is willing to make it because theres no profit in it. For some odd reason, the media isn't paying any attention. I have a feeling that where theres no money to be made, regardless of the kind of breakthrough it is, they wouldn't bring it out even if it means saving people's lives.

whoops. But yeah this is fucked up. They won't pay for clinical trials and research b/c the money invested in it is too great versus the return they get. Also Japanese researchers have found a way to block the HIV virus from ever giving you AIDS (but you still have HIV and can still be transmitted via body fluids), yet, none of this was in the media either. I suppose its going to be used in Japan, but wouldn't it be nice if we could use this for the rest of the world that is dying from it?

i have a feeling this "cure for cancer" is full of shit, kinda like how articles talk about "promising AIDS vaccines" that are kinda sorta working in lab rats that won't be ready for testing with monkeys until like 2015, and similar shit. if there REALLY was a cure for cancer that shit would be out there for you to get in one form of another, they'd figure out a way to make money off it, that shit just doesn't exist.
