Why do people always bring up the patent? I'm sure that's what you meant, not patient right? The patent on the hardware doesn't have anything to do with the copyrights on the games.

Lol yeah I ment patent. Most if not all games were published by Nintendo so I'm guessing that has an effect no?

yeah this is basically a java emu of the nes... it's been out for a while and it's on a few other sites as well.
