What are the tiers for KOF 95

Yeah I know old game but I have just seen some combos vids and I thought to myself, damn I never knew some of that shit, like Joe's infinite punch, kick crap and stuff like that

Also just a brief sentence to say why as my team was the SNK hero team, which was Kyo, Ryo and Terry as you have the master of fire, the master of fireballs and you simply have the master himself.

I always wanted to say that line but seriously can someone tell me as I hope this game is being played in evo 2007 in the corner in the event

Almost everybody if not all of them had incredibly broken 75-100% combos in that game, that's why it was so much fun. XD

Of course this would be fixed in each succeeding game, ending with the perfect 98.
