XP has a command line, which is what you're having problems with.

What's happening, my guess is, you're clicking on the icon, application runs, quits and does nothing.

Go into start then run, then type CMD in there.

From here, it's a little weird. I'd suggest googling for help with the commandline with Windows XP.

Like he said, Start > Run > cmd + ENTER

Then drag and drop your .exe in the command line. Scroll to the end of the line and press ENTER. It should stay on the screen now.

Is there any other program besides Bin2Boot to convert BIN to CDI?

Because I converted the file from BIN to NRG and a music player came up on my DC. I was like wtf?
