If I don't have a HD, but I have a 64meg mem card, can I still DL SF:HF to my mem card and play with that?

Also, if I have a spare PC HD, is it possible to use that for my Xbox360?

1) Yes

2) Short answer: No. Long answer, maybe. If it's a spare SATA hard drive, then you can do it given the right software available to you, as well as an actual 360 HD. http://360.xbox-hq.com/ has a guide for this up. Basically you hook up the 360 HD up to your computer, and use a program like Norton Ghost and make an image of that, and copy it on to the spare HD.
