hi all,
im new to arcade fighting games.. have always played using a pad. was thinking of getting a hrap/hrap2. from what i gather, the hrap2 is next to impossible to get plus it's quite a fair bit more expensive than the hrap.
but it has a better arcade feel compared to hrap.. so my question is, assuming the extra money is alright with me, which should i get?
btw, where can i get a hrap2?
thanks in advance

uh so you have two HRAP1 sticks?
how do you find the HRAP1?
i'm actually more concerned about the transition to the arcade stick.. if the HRAP is quite close to it, i'm fine with it as well

ArcadeShock.com gets them in stock every so often, I actually got mine from them like 2-3 weeks ago. They currently do not have any in stock but check back often. They had six in stock like last week and they where gone in a day or two.

HRAP is the best stock Japanese stick you can get, it's even better modded (buttons only, the joystick is an authentic Sanwa JLF) but it's still very good stock.

I ordered a Hori RAP 2 4 weeks ago from VGO Online store, and it arrived last week.
http://www.vgonetwork.com/article.aspx?id=181
It was $106 plus $50 shipping to London.
Arcade shock have just recieved their last shipment of them, but its a little more expensive at $120
http://www.arcadeshock.com/items/accessories/hori-real-arcade-pro-2-joystick-for-ps-ps2-hrap2-accessories-detail.htm0.
the main difference between the Pro and Pro 2 apart from the colour is the button layout. On the Pro 2 it is exactly the same as you would find in a Fighter cabinet at a Japanese Arcade.
On the Pro 1, there is more space between the joystick and the buttons.

I didn't think VGO network delivered to the UK as they list UPS ground as the only shipping method. I emailed Harry Chang about this but never got a reply.
How did you make the order?

I emailed Harry Chang! they can be a bit slow to reply, just put "would like to purchase HRAP2" in Subject box.
Once you've sorted the details, you PalPal the total to his email.
They ship anywhere in the world, even though it says UPS Ground to USA on Webpage.
Im in London and EMS shipping with tracking was $50.35. So the order came to £81 GBP, plus had to pay £20 for VAT and Parcelforce fee at UK end, luckily I somehow missed import duty!
If you order and they're in stock, it'll take like 3 weeks to arrive.
