I want to mod my Nintendo Wii to play the New Naruto GTN Ex, Im trying to find a good website that I could send my wii and do a ModChip Installation but with the wiikey. All I found is like Canadian Websites, and So far the only good "I don't know if it's Reliable or not" is http://www.mod-area.com, But im afraid to send it to another country, he sent me an email saying "For custom declaration, declare a value below 50$ so I won't be charged for customs." Which I kinda don't get? I know it has something to do with a custom form that u have to fill out when u go to the post office. Well my questions are, Is there any local US Modchip Installalion sites? or I wouldn't mind paying someone here with soldering exprience to mod my wii, thxs.
