As it has been said in other threads, version b of the HRAP 1 has a different mounting plate so only the sanwa sticks will fit. I really want to mod my hrap with a seimitsu stick so I'm curious if I can change the mountingplate in it, and if yes which one?
"Seimitsu RE-mountingplate – ¥290
Weight 65 g
Flat mountingplate for Seimitsu LS-32/LS-32-01 and LS-40/LS-40-01. Size: 97.1x65x1.6(millimeters)."
Maybe?
I'm not really a handyman, so any feedback on how hard it would be is very appreciated :)

The only Seimitsu stick which will fit in newer HRAPs is the LS-55-01, to fit anything else you'll have to modify or even switch out the bracket (which will likely require welding).

Oh, what a drag :\ and I guess the more compact LS-55 doesn't perfom like the 32? Hmm.. Guess I'll have to use my vacation money this summer for a custom then :)
Thank you for replying :)

I don't know about the HRAP3, but yes, the LS-32-01/02 will fit in a HRAP1vB with the flat mounting plate. However, the stick will be hella short.

If you can put in an LS-55, then you WILL be able to put in an LS-56 too. The LS-56 with an octagonal gate is an excellent stick, with tight spring and a short engage. It will also mount at the correct height.
