I'm not saying that it's not cool to be disenchanted with the "Gay pride" party aspect but I just want you guys to listen to what you are saying. I myself don't attend gay pride because I feel that it only showcases the most flamboyant gays that they can find.

On the whole I'm not exactly the type to fight for or defend anything really homosexual related, because the people who I'd be needing to do that to are the kind of people I just don't talk to. There's no use arguing with the ignorant. If someone's shit-talking though, I'll defend someone/something, but I'm not the kind to try to sway people from their homophobic ways. I think what would be awesome is a ninja gay pride parade. Just have a parade, make the celebration unknown until after all the confetti, marching bands and floats of just people dressed as they would every other day of the year passes by, and the crowds left scratching their heads, have like a ninja run out with a banner saying "Gay pride parade". That would be great.

I seriously watched that movie more times than i can count, and i will continue too. I really dont know what it is. The simple movie, is so good.
But the interview actually turned out to be not an interview but like a mini open house. There were 8 of us (including a very very gay puerto rican boy, with the thickest accent imaginable. lol. Word of the day was "Please-Zure") and they looked at our stuff and said they would call references and get back to us by friday. Only part time 12-20 hrs. It will be 4 years in March that we're together. We only see each other on weekends since I moved away, so our relationship is open during the week, although we dont' talk about what we do when we see each other on weekends. He lives about 2 hours away in my hometown, I moved for school and now work here. I wouldn't have been able to get the type of job I have here if I was in my hometown.

In the interim.. why dont' you see if you can find a room for rent instead of an apartment for rent. See this way you can save some money and not have the pressure of a 1 year or 2 year contract to pay 800 a month rooms for rent can be like 100 a week or something most are all utilities included but you'll have to share kitchen and bathroom with others. It's something to think about

After hitting a ceiling in third strike skill (only thing I can't do is kara palm and I don't care because Yun's a little bitch) and seeing how the game breaks down at high level play, I, surprisingly, have to give props to Marvel. I used to complain about how boring runaway teams are in Marvel but at least there's stuff to look at and pretty colors and assists. In 3s you just get to hear EY! EY! EY! EY! EY! and some whiffed kicks... and every knockdown just turns into a 50/50 guessing game of a parry for a free combo.

I am a bit jaded though because modesty aside I rape everyone I play in 3s, except a few people, who aren't even fun to play because they play Turtle Ken and Turtle Chun. :shake:

3s is the best, Ive been playing it flat out at the moment. The thing that gets me about the Marvel Vs series is the ch=age in focus, I dont like air combat very much. Ever played Garou? Its also fantastic.

Simply put, you get a damage increase and an additional move. This can help you out in certain ways, like opening up better pressure or insane combos. Based on your playstyle, you place it on your health bar. If you're all about rushdown from the first second, it might be good to put it onto the first segment, if you need to build meter to be effective in offense, onto second or third.

Yeah, It was the first fatal fury game I actually played, though I knew terry and Rock from CVS2, Terry is a legend!

The TOP system, as the guy above me said, increases damage and gives you an extra move to use. It also regenerates your health, so using as many just defenses makes your health go up even more. Good for the rush down and all that. I use hotaru and put top ata the start. Not only to I have a quick caracter she is also now something of a heavy hitter, coupled with her hcb LP, I think, this move takes up time and so your health has more time to regenerate. So TOP can be used offensivly and defensible.
