so i went to a "hardcore" show this past weekend to see earth crisis and terror and a few other bands. It was definitely an experience.

I've listened to the music before but to actually be there is something else.. some guys got knocked unconcious .. and were totaly cool with it. I guess they were in the mosh pit.

So i met the lead singer of terror briefly just a quick "hey you guys rock" and i guess his way of shouting me out was to go on stage and say "We are Terror, and we don't give a fuck if you are black or white gay or straight, just ROOCK!!" and then went into a song.

Someone who doesn't work out probably can't bench their body wieght. I'd say 135 to 180 would be average. I bench 225 but only because I have to since I weigh 220 and anything less than my weight is unacceptable.

Well i'm 260~270lbs but i'm trying to pack on lean mass you know. not a heck of alot of fat.

So yeah when you max out a machine you have to rep up. at my gym they have sortof a squat smith machine. I've already maxed that at 865lbs but at first i could only do 2 reps at that weight .. now i can do 7 When i can do 12 then it's time to just leave it alone and find away to work that muscle using freeweights or something that will let you go heavier.

I work out 3 times with my trainer and 3 times on my own each week.

most times it breaks down like:
Monday: chest / biceps
tuesday: legs / triceps
thursday: back and shoulders
friday chest
saturday legs
sunday back and then repeat.

accept for the fact that i have to play "straight" when i'm at the gym it's actually pretty enjoyable when you get a bunch of dudes cheering you on. I'm always like "if you guys werent so hideous i would totally be enjoying myself right now.

On a lighter note. I did Yoga with a friend tonight. It was the first time I ever did it and it was cool. It will most likely be a weekly thing now and it will shake up my normal workout schedeule nicely. I usually just try and hit the pool three or so times a week. I don't do any lifting. Pretty much all cardio. I try and get as small as possible.

I will post up picks after I relax my hair. I will be doing it before Final Round.

I've had to blow-dry of late now that it takes about 3 hours for mine to dry when tied back, on the plus side though, the girls at work love to play with it, and there's even a few that can do that herringbone braid I can't seem to ever get right. :lovin:

Every once in a while I'll iron my hair (only takes me about 15 minutes, and I only do it when it gets out of control), but I don't do very much with it. I have mad split ends though, so a trim is gonna have to happen. :(

When I get a friend to actually sit down and iron it completely, the end result leaves mad bitches jealous. I have longer hair than most of the girls I know.

I gave up on fully shaving my balls...I always cut, and I can never get some of the hairs in certain areas....It's MOSTLY shaved, but the little parts of stray hairs are impossible to get. blech

My personal view on body hair is this. Eyebrows are fine, eyelashes are fine, hairs inside of my ears and lungs are fine, hair on my head is fine, everything else can die a horrible wax or blade related death. I had to stop though 'cause I was starting to break out, and waxing got expensive real quick. Razor is also out of the question 'cause I would need to shave about twice a day ideally :\

I have a small pair of clippers that I use to trim and shave. I hate all body hair and I leave little to nothing when I am done. I basically make it so that there will never be hair showing while wearing the type of undies I like to wear.

I think I'm not making a complete thought.. i'm not the "woe is me" type by a long shot. it's just I mean locally I don't really have people that care about those aspirations of mine. Even though they mean somethin to me. So i'm essentially saying "clap for me you bastards" to you guys, even though i understand it's not as impressive to you guys as it may be to some others I kinda look to you guys for cyber hugs and support when i cant get it anywhere else.

Also I don't think i'll ever make it to the actual strong man competition but once i'm benching over 500lbs deadlifting over 550 and hit 600 on the squat rack .. and can do like 10 to 12 reps at that weight then i am going to enter a few amateur competitions that i heard about. I'm guessing that if i keep up the current rate of progress I should be there by about this time next year.

Just to be able to compete would be awesome even if i don't qualify. also Phil Pfister is hot.

Odd, it should be available at your average grocery store. They come in sprigs of leaves and stems, if you're having trouble, search for them at east asian stores, they're almost guaranteed to have them.

I seriously need to get back on the ball regarding my gaming. I went to cf on friday and could barely hold my own in any of the games i play .. 3s i barely squeezed out a win with makoto vs dudley. I figure that not touching 3s in almost 8 months contributed to that also. even in AH my lilica fell off also. I need more practice. don't wanna embarrass myself at evo.

Though i don't think i'm going to enter. I at least want to put on a good show during casuals.

I am gonna take another stab at MVC2 also. For as much as i hate the game, i cant deny the possibilities are almost limitless as far as customizing your own combos. besides i think i'm on to some new strats that I havent seen anyone use before.
