A transvestite is a drag queen. I'm a pre-op transsexual. There's a difference. Transvestites are just dudes who dress up like chicks, like Chris Crocker or Nathan Lane (at one point). I actually consider myself a girl inside, and am working to make that the case on the outside as well, so I can be a woman in the eyes of the world.

Don't get me wrong, I was not trying to make a judgement on what is better (or worse). If folks here began to "super worship" guys in boy bands, I would have teased a little about that.

The gay community is very judgmental and I don't want to add to that. I know I've sometimes felt embarrassed about who I date or I find attractive when I'm around my regular group of friends cause what I enjoy doesn't always fit the "gay mainstream" norm. Folks can be pretty judgmental when you don't "fit in."

Finished moving all of Doug's stuff from his old house to the new one. The moving men are here and are setting everything up from his house in Nevada. I thought I sucked at doing stuff around the house, like handyman type stuff, and I never thought about moving as being a big deal...but I found someone worse. He says he always has handymen do stuff, and he always has moving men move his stuff. So when we were at his other house and I was removing drawers from this huge armoire to bring it down the stairs, he was like, oh I was just going to leave them in.

I was like :confused:. Not only do they add about 30+lbs., but bringing it down stairs the drawers could come out and hit the walls or something. He was like :wonder: "wow you're so smart". I just LOL'd. Also last week I had to take measurements of stuff and buy all the face plates and outlets to replace the old power outlets, and also buy all the new door knobs for the doors around the house....when we went there he had taken count of how many he had, and he counted wrong...then he got non matching ones...so we went back and he had me grab everything. :looney: He thanks me and says he's lucking to have me, and I can't help but lol.

Mostly, yeah. That's why at first we were all like "holy crap!" because for a minute there every new gay guy was into the same/similar tastes. Except for like.. Lightning Storm. And Rosie O'Jimmythehand.

Right away we started talking and were taking stuff apart and deciding on how to rearrange the furniture, etc. Doug sucks at that shit, so it was mainly his mom and I. After I left he messaged me later and told me his mom said she loved me already. I was like :lovin:. She was really nice....he complains that sometimes she worries a lot about everything he does and doesn't want him to make wrong decisions...but that's just a mom being a mom. When I was leaving she said I didn't have to go because of them...I said it wasn't because of them I just had to go. I talked to him a little while ago on AIM while his parents were out on a walk. I asked exactly what his mom said, and he said that she said that I seemed very nice and helpful, and that she really liked that....then he said, wait till I tell her we're sleeping together.

I said, oh so she doesn't know? He said he didn't tell her, but that she's not stupid and probably figured it out, and that if she was to ask he would tell her the truth. I believe him on that part cause I know he's told his coworkers about us and my age, and that some were like WTF? (I'm 21, he's 42...although my ex was 56!) but then said, whatever makes you happy. Mainly just pencilling (ink if I fancy it at the moment) and just recently some Photoshop. I was hoping to get a tablet to get into digital work but you guys know how much that costs. Maybe I'll run across 300 bucks for my BDay. :rolleyes:

Mainly I do cartoon and anime/manga style but I'm really trying to break into Western style. It's just hard breaking my mold when all I used to draw was Dragon Ball Z (Shut up, you know you did it too! lol)

Just had a fun night with Wayne, but I was so tired that I snored him to the couch. He says it's not a problem (I believe him) but how can you not feel bad that you kicked the guy you love out of his own bed without even realizing it? I only snore when I'm that tired (12 solid hours of sleep), or sleeping on my back, and I think I accidentally fell asleep on my back so it must've been pretty bad. Oh well, he snores too, I've just grown up my whole life with the loudest snoring family I've ever met in my life. People think my dad's snoring is horrible, but that's because they've never met my mom (while she's sleeping, at least). Mom > Dad > me, but we're all horrible. At least I've gotten a lot better since I lost weight... I'm really interested in getting some kind of treatment for it but I also feel like they'd be there to steal my money and not fix my problem.

I've never done all that silly teenager stuff like park your car somewhere and make out or fool around or anything, so last night on the way back from some delicious mexican food in Seattle, we parked by the beach and well! It was more fun than I expected. Just had a fun night with Wayne, but I was so tired that I snored him to the couch. He says it's not a problem (I believe him) but how can you not feel bad that you kicked the guy you love out of his own bed without even realizing it? I only snore when I'm that tired (12 solid hours of sleep), or sleeping on my back, and I think I accidentally fell asleep on my back so it must've been pretty bad. Oh well, he snores too, I've just grown up my whole life with the loudest snoring family I've ever met in my life. So i was incharge of a metrobear night with angel last night..

which i totally used as a vehicle to push my boy dj kurt. If i do say so myself.. i know how to throw a really great party..

These guys were having trouble rasing funds for the club, i think it was because they have had a major lack of creativity.. they always do mardi gra or underwear night and throw on crappy music and porn at the bar..

This time around I convinced them to let me throw a bar night my way.. got kurt to dj got some cool anime that went along with the music.. (i think we played advent children and animatrix and battle angel) this is all stuff that alot of the people never saw before.. some thought the anime was silly but i expected that. see.. this made those people talk to other people even if it was "hey whats this on the tv?" they were now talking and socializing.

and kurt did his damn thing last night. the whole thing went well.

Apparently, the tape player they had was crappy so the visuals on the monitors were garbled but still somewhat clear. So the combined affect with the electronic music was kinda trippy. Alot of people were mesmerized at green ryu and "That purple serial killer guy with the claw (vega); that cat girl with the red stripes on her legs (cammy)." I told them: "uh, the music is working as intended" and put on a harder track on the next switch. They loved it and mimed the distorted anime in thier dance moves.
