I've picked up Rose and I do ok with her I guess, but I don't know what to do about gief rushdown and shoto crossup games.

I've recently been looking around at the rest of the cast, but I don't think I'll ever get good at this game

I really wanted to pick up Rose ever since I saw her (she was my favorite in Alpha 2), but I just can't get into her in SFIV. Guess I'll just stick to Vega/Cammy/Chun/Rufus/Balrog/Ken

I need more SRK-ers to play though :(

In other news, Sev has boy issues. That is all.

I play Rose and I can't stand the game. I'm so disappointed by it. I was so hype for a day or two and then now I'm just completely deterred by how it's slower than CvS2 and even MORE defensive.

By the way, do NOT buy an SE stick if you're not gonna mod it. You'll have more fun dropping eighty bucks in the sewer. Mine is already broken in more than one way after I played maybe 4 different days for a couple hours each.

I really hope this game grows on me, since I've never spent $60 on a video game before (and this is why).

I bet your hand jobs must be fantastic.

The stick users in this thread, how aggressive do you handle your arcade stick and what can you tell about a person from their stick handling? I'm not as aggressive as most people, whom man handle and mash the shit of them.

Rose is the shit! Im getting pretty good with her. For gief just throw sparks and when he greenfists towards you do a standing roundhouse, this works for the lariat aswell. Hell get frustrated from that and start jumping at you instead so just soul throw his ass. Basically Im always walking backwards and punishing his mistakes.

I can't say SFIV is bad or even slow. It's just very different. The difficulties are in different spots. From my perspective, special moves are entirely too easy to perform (to the point where they come out even if you don't want them to) whereas normal pokes and link-combos are stupidly strict with timing.

The game doesn't feel slow at all when watching the latest ranbats produced from Japan. The pacing has sped up now that people are much more comfortable with the game's mechanics. FADCs are something I really do not enjoy and I think are the most frantic button presses ever present in a fighting game. I seriously can't think of any other game that requires that kind of button input as a main feature of a game.

I enjoy Rose's play style, but her combos aren't particularly damaging for punishment purposes. From what I can tell her regular and special moves have fairly low priority and are slow to come out. This leads to a more general complaint I have with the game though: Reversals are entirely too easy. I'll be going for a poke chain and I get nailed by a reversal (typically a srk) even though typically (from my prior training in 3s and ST) I should be safe doing them. Generally the only times I get hit, a little "Reversal" or "Counter-hit" message pops up on my opponent's side of the screen. I just have it in my head that if I meaty low forward and it is blocked, I should be safe to throw out another low forward or low short to continue the block string. When I get counter hit out of it with a low-roundhouse, I silently curse and try to will myself to continue the match.

I watched djb13's trailer for Cammy and he makes her look good.

I dunno, the game is fun, but I don't know if I have the dedication to practice for however many hours it will take to be consistent and to get good at it.

I typically use c.mk->jab.soul spark just in case I have enough meter for a super after that. i think c.mp is supposed to be a better option in general though.

People saying SFIV is slow just need to get better at it. Even MvC2 look slow when scrubs play it, this game has been out to the American public for a couple weeks now, only those who have been playing since it hit arcades in Japan are really going to be comfortable with it to bump it up a notch.

Tiers are going to fluctuate rapidly as new shit is discovered. I'm sticking with my ho C.Viper cause she got dat ass.

The pace of the game isn't so slow. It's the inputs. The links are way more spaced out than I'm used to. I'm getting used to it, though. Slowly but slowly.

But I finally got XBL set up, and my gamer tag is "bear rug." If you got the xbox version, add me. I messed around with the online play a little tonight, and it's not bad. Occasionally you'll get a lag spike in the middle of a link, or something unfortunate like that, but overall it plays better than I was expecting. And it's cute when people quit when you beat them the first round. I guess they're upset because their "throw fierce shoryuken constantly" technique didn't work out.

Current list of players I'm messing with:

Gief
Abel
Fuerte
Sakura
Honda
Rufus

I get ADD with these games, and eventually just learn the whole cast. Though I'm boycotting shotos again.

I have the xbox version.. add me lets battle.

Geif is my go to bear when i'm getting destroyed with abel.
Abel is great i'm working on my timing and cancels though.
Fuerte is 3rd spot on my team i like that he plays like Maki from cvs2 but better.

Cool. I'll add you.

And yet you're playing Sak. =P

I don't blame you, though. Bitch is fun.

On another note, it seems like I'm the only one in the bear crew here who isn't playing Gief or Abel, but I am playing superchub Rufus and daddybear Gouken so I guess that covers my stereotypical character choice quota.

I never count her as a shoto. I know she is, but she plays different enough that I kind of remove her from that group. But I guess I should say I'm not going to play Ken, Ryu or Akuma. Because Dan is kinda fun too.

I haven't messed with Gouken or Seth yet, because I haven't unlocked them. I should get around to that.

Yeah, online play is Shoto Fighter 4. I love how they move the cursor over every character in the game then settle back on ryu. lol. I was facing a sagat and in the 3rd round I just rolled and tornado threw with abel, then roll and ex throw there wakep uppercut and repeated that another three times. I just had one more throw to do when they disconnected. The funny thing is, the hardest match for my abel is runaway shoto. its so hard to get in when all they do is jump back hk. you have to space out and time a perfect wheel kick. read their random jump forward hk with a jump hp. or perfectly space a ultra so it hits just as they are about to land. its annoying as fuck. im getting bored so im learning dhalsim, he has some shenanigans that mess scrubs up pretty good.

azagtoth...i added you, but i just realized I added azagoth. im going to go fix that now. then we can play a few matches and you can own me up. lol. Im so scraggly.

Sup.

Just messin' around with Rose in SF4 atm, she's my favorite. =3 Having trouble with Viper, since she spams her "CRABS!" move (at least that's what I call it) and then her flame kick. At least Soul Spiral seems to beat that or at least break even. Not really doing serious play, as usual. Just focusing on Rose, Cammy, maybe someone else. Of course, this is just when I can get to play it; my bro is hogging the PS3.

i'm gonna ask a very loaded question, or rather a couple of questions anyway.

this is regarding Proposition 8 in California, the Gay Marriage Ban proposition, and queerness in general.

anyone here participate in a pro-LGBTQ movement? I'd also like to know what you think.

Anyone here have and/or will go to some kind of politically focused LGBTQ event?

onto to the main topic... Oh and, i know the board frowns upon political topics, but i feel that I cannot discuss the current atmosphere of the LGBTQ community regarding same-sex marriage (prop 8) without going into politics.

So, it seems like the whole country is looking at CA at the moment, hell the whole world even, regarding same sex marriage prop 8. The final word will come down in 3 months, and i really don't know which way it'll go considering how fucked up it's been. It felt bittersweet during the night of Obama securing the democratic seat, becuase prop 8 passed by a 2% lead that night. It sobered me up, i thought CA was much more progressive than that. Something felt kinda awry, and the next morning i wasn't alone. I regularly tune into NPR, and i wasn't surprised at the current talking point on my commute to class.

The speaker brought up an interesting point that I want to ask ya'll. About “Obamamania”, that the “minority” vote greatly influenced the outcome of Prop 8, to go as far as blaming them. By “minority”, he specifically meant the large Latino and large African-American voter turnout, whom belong to cultures that emphasis family and religious values overall else, homosexuality definitely not among them. California is a diverse state, and with the rapid increase of latino, asian, and african citizens coming in every year, the term "minority" is flipping to "majority", but when it is used it is referring to the latino and african populace.

So, catholicism and christianity, largely observed by latino and africans respectively. And strong family values that include emphasis on masculine hetero-male roles and females with feminized roles, such as "Father" and "Mother", the innocence of children protected, by having a Father and Mother during child development, encouragement of having children, and so forth.

Homosexuality is opposite of all of that. It goes against the norms of those values. The line of arche-typical parent is blurred, "two dads / two moms", the effeminate stereotype of a homosexual male, biologically unable to procreate and have kids with a person of the same sex (discounting artificial insemination and all of the science goble-de-gook for the sake of argument), etc. Culturally speaking, homophobia is still blatant in everything.

"Obamamania" caught fire and people came out to vote on General Election day, people who otherwise would've ignored it all together if it wasn't for him and the historic campaign. It was awesome that people exercised their right, but at the same time it showcased the ferocity of a majority vote to control the minor few's fate, i.e. LGBTQ community.

So, do you think the minority (latino and african) vote during "Obamamania" backfired on Prop 8?

1) I would like to attend one but knowing me I know I would be too lazy to get out there. Meh...

2) I would certainly think so. IIRC the majority voters in Florida were roughly the same as the ones in California. Despite what people may think about Florida (or Miami in general) there are strong roots among the Hispanic and African American community who have strong moral values against homosexuality living in this state.

It's sad that you can't hold the hand of your partner outside of the city of Miami Beach without being ridiculed. I just hope prop 8 gets shot down once and for all. The more states that allow gay/lesbian marriage the better people will be informed. :wonder:

The problem with blaming African-American and Latino voters on the passing of Prop 8 is two-fold. Firstly, its scapegoating. The blame and anger about the whole situation is placed on these two groups. Secondly, it wasn't just African-American and Latino voters who passed Prop 8, it was a whole lot of other people too.

The religious right tricked a lot of people into thinking that this was an issue about making your children gay and not a civil rights issue. If you want to be mad about something, be mad about that.

Something interesting that I learned the other day was that Asian-Americans have had the biggest shift in their view of gay marriage amongst all minority groups.

sometimes i wonder what your endgame is when you dip into these topics. (not in a bad way.. just curious)

Allegedly mormons and other religious organizations campaigned viciously in secret to pass prop 8. there is nothing to indicate that minority vote wasn't the reason that it only passed with 2 percent as opposed to 20 percent.

True most minority cultures Asian, hispanic, african american look down on homosexuality in general (even despite there down low participation in it... *looks sideways at the hispanic population*) even those cultures know and have gay relatives that i don't belive would use the law to restrict there freedoms. They'd much rather use portions of there spiritual beliefs and scripture fragments. (it's what they are use to)

GTC, there is no doubt that Mormons and other religious groups spent a ton of money campaigning for the passage of Prop 8. Its public knowledge that this happened. What's interesting is that the Pro 8 folks didn't like the idea of having their names connected to the money they donated towards this campaign. The No on 8 folks started a boycott on businesses that supported the Yes on 8 campaign.

Something that I find even more scary is that supposedly the Mormon church spent a lot more money on the Yes on 8 campaign then was publicly revealed.

Yep. One restaurant that is pretty much 99% gay clientele, the manager or something there donated $100...after the gays found out everyone stopped going. Stupid stupid stupid.

sometimes i wonder what your endgame is when you dip into these topics. (not in a bad way.. just curious) Allegedly mormons and other religious organizations campaigned viciously to pass prop 8. there is nothing to indicate that minority vote wasn't the reason that it only passed with 2 percent as opposed to 20 percent. (it's what they are use to) I was up very late last night working on a term paper for my upper division Sociology class. I was assigned gay marriage, and my prof encouraged me to explore the reasons why it passed. Exit polls, demographics, minority voter turn out being some of them. I like to spark conversation, to initiate a think tank. To get another perspective of things, and to help form my own ideas. Civil rights activism reaching a fever pitch, the film Milk released, etc. Etc. My interest has increased in the last year, so it's why I brought it up. As far as I know, having an alternative lifestyle is more than just about getting laid.

DrumlinerJoe

Like I've always said, I don't think it's about us being so "different" or "alternative" in our lifestyles, I think people are more afraid to find out that we're more the same than they think. I think it speaks to an insecurity about their own sexuality, not to mention one of the basic tenants of most religions that we are some sex crazed, pedophilic, philandering, drug using monstrosities.

At the auction house. (http://lulzjournal.com/ffxi/ffxi_2009.03.15_20.35.34.png) FFXI implemented their AH, and shortly afterward it showed up in WoW. Coincidence? I think not.

Randoms at the AH. (http://lulzjournal.com/ffxi/ffxi_2009.03.15_20.36.14.png) Green names are NPCs, blue are /anon players (hiding their level/class), and white are normal players.

My garden. (http://lulzjournal.com/ffxi/ffxi_2009.03.15_20.37.24.png) You can garden in your magical mog house, and I'm doing it for profit. I just harvested earlier so it's all freshly planted and just looks like a bunch of empty pots. There are lots of furniture pieces in the game, and you can really deck out your mog house with beds/couches/etc, and then invite other people in and they can see how much money you've wasted on digital chairs. It's like second life except the models look better.

Well, that's what I did this weekend. What about you?

I play on Midgardsormr (I think that's how it's spelled, kind of bad that I can't even spell it) and I'm in the SA Goon linkshell "LegionofGoon". I had a hume WAR in the low 50's, and pretty much every other job over 30, but 1) I was sick of how he looked and 2) I had no idea what I wanted to actually do, so I re-rolled a Galka mage. I'm planning on going Red Mage, because Galka look awesome with the RDM Pimp Hat. Having few options feels like it makes the game more enjoyable, since I only have one thing to focus on as far as leveling goes.

Not looking forward to doing my taxes or watching the Chun movie, they're both on that "Do not want" level.

Yeah, I've stressed over this enough for the past 24 hours. I finally realized that I can just continue going as I am and let things fall as they may. IF something comes out of it, great (and if it goes that far what better way to have a first sexual experience, right? ^_~). If not, I can appreciate the experience that I have already had. San Antonio used to be a better place overall. There was a strong cultural vibe of course coming from the large Mexican populatoin. All of that has been "clear channeled" out of existence and now everyone wants to be thugged out. The only thing I can say for it is that it's a really safe, cheap place to live. Not much in the way of entertainment or sophistication though.

I wouldn't say the same thing about Austin though. It's a great place to live and there's always a badass music scene. Course I'm biased cause music is the most important thing to me.

Houston, uh, well, I don't know bout that place for real. lol Everytime I been there it just seemed like I needed to shower extra long after leaving.

At least we can all comfortably say that none of those places are Corpus Christi. Now THERE's a shithole.

I just learned Maurice Sendak is gay. The author of the legendary "Where The Wild Things Are?"

my life is so fucking complete now.

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/09/10/arts/design/10sendak.html?_r=3&oref=slogin&oref=slogin

Was there anything he had never been asked? He paused for a few moments and answered, “Well, that I’m gay.”

“I just didn’t think it was anybody’s business,” Mr. Sendak added. He lived with Eugene Glynn, a psychoanalyst, for 50 years before Dr. Glynn’s death in May 2007. He never told his parents: “All I wanted was to be straight so my parents could be happy. They never, never, never knew.”

A gay artist in New York is not exactly uncommon, but Mr. Sendak said that the idea of a gay man writing children books would have hurt his career when he was in his 20s and 30s.

Ok, so I was suggested by another member to check out this thread in detail. Well, it's like 406 pages, that would be like reading the TOL thread in detail, so I didn't do it. Let me start by saying what most people in premium already know, that I'm bi-curious, with an almost certainty of bisexuality. I say only curious for the same reason I'll say agnostic instead of atheist, because I don't know for sure. Never been with a guy in any fashion. However, I am person quite in touch with my desires, so I'm like 95% sure I'm bisexual.

Here's my question - have you found that guys who are bi-curious, or bi with a greater affection for women than men tend to be bottoms? I've spent several year researching this and talking with other guys who are in straight relationships who have bisexual desires, and in my research I've found far more bottom bi-men than top. My interest definately lie in being the bottom. Now, admittedly, I have no affection for guys. It's just not possible, my desire lie solely in sex. anyways, thoughts?

Honestly I couldn't say, I haven't known many bi pepole in my life. The one or two that I have known personally have been versatile so take that for what you will.

And I could totally see being bi and having sexual attractions towards both sexes, but not affection. I thought I might be bi for a wihle cause of a strong attraction to women, but nothing beyond that. I mean hell if I would've been bi for real I doubt I would've really wanted to put up with woman's bs just to get to the sex.

And actually yeah you being bi-curious is news to me. So if it's not too personal, why haven't you gone through with any of your curiosity?

Here's my question - have you found that guys who are bi-curious, or bi with a greater affection for women than men tend to be bottoms? I've spent several year researching this and talking with other guys who are in straight relationships who have bisexual desires, and in my research I've found far more bottom bi-men than top. My interest definately lie in being the bottom. Now, admittedly, I have no affection for guys. It's just not possible, my desire lie solely in sex. anyways, thoughts?

Now that you mention it, most of the bicurious guys I've talked to or tried to get with were like that. Not total bottom or anything, but definitely pushing for it. Personally, I think it's probably because they've already topped with women and the concept of bottoming for a guy and exploring the opposite side of the sexual spectrum is what makes them curious.

As for me, I'm bi but I don't bother calling myself so in most cases because I favor guys a lot more. When I was at the bicurious phase, I thought of myself a bottom as well, but nowadays I top far more often than I ever bottom (which is mainly because bf#1 is basically a power bottom).

LOL...cuz I didn't fully accept it until long after I was engaged. I've only been honest with myself about it for the last year or so...and I've been married for 6 months of that...now I'm kind of stuck in the "fantasy" zone with it...

If your a good guy and your going to keep your vows, then probally the best bet is getting your wife to strap it on. Unless whats turning you on about the idea is that it is physically another man doing you...well then your out of luck.

Life experiences are funny aren't they? I was with a dude for 6 years. that ended (cause he was a idiot), now I want to get married to a woman and have kids and so on. I havent had any kind of sex in like 2 years, and i dont miss it at all. I would tell you to get it out of your head, that its just sex and once you do it you'll be like "thats it? oh, so its no big deal" but, it's not satisfing unless you do it yourself right? lol.

I have a crush on a married guy, and my biggest dilemma is trying to decide whether I would let myself be the affair. It just kills me listening to this guy tell me how she never puts out and when she does she is basically just rolling over and laying there. She hates giving head and will only do it like once a year. lol. Then the dude flirts with me hardcore knowing I was with a guy before. I dont know if I should make a move or not, or even if I morally should. so im on the other side of your story i guess. i was married to a guy and want to be with a woman. and now im single and i have a married guy that told me yesterday he want to blow me (it was that half joking half putting the idea out there type of awkwardness). im saying all this just to let you know its just as confusing on this side of the fence

nah i wont be making any moves. I learned along time ago that money is only as valuable as what you can buy with it. And all the truly valuable things in life cant be bought with money. Sex can be bought, friendship can't and there isnt many friendships that can last after you have sex. it just changes. making any move would be throwing a good thing away. besides the fantasy and the flirting is ALWAYS better then the act.

Nah, I've sadly never been able to make it out to WI. But at that last SC4 regional, the MI player that got top 3, Ryujin, he's from our crew. And I've met Mateo Galven and Jimmypikachu at multiple other tourneys back during SC2/3 days.. both times I think were in Chicago, one for SC3 regionals and one for MLG. I'm assuming from replying to my post and being in that area that you know them, I know Mateo plays ST/HDR too. But maybe I'm inferring too much, heh.

This (sf4) is my first real entry into the 2D world. Maybe my mistake, as far as meeting other gay gamers, was playing a game where tiers are entirely determined by cup size.

I know, right? Shit's fucked up.
Honestly, gay guys are much more fun for me to hang around because I've never really met a gay guy who had an issue with me. Women don't usually give me any grief either. The only people I've ever met who did have an issue with me were straight men who told me I'm a "faggot in denial" or some stupid shit, although my girlfriend's sister did send her the most despicable, passive-aggressive e-mail ever a few weeks back. I'm not gonna go into details, but basically it was "Satan is trying to trick you into thinking you're a woman but God wants you to be a man which is why God made you a man." Never in my life had I ever been so angry. I went into the bedroom and punched the door so hard that my fist went through it. You should have seen it. Blood everywhere.

Same here. Whenever I tell someone to shut up for saying something stupid, the response is always the same: "Well, I know what gender I am. You're just a stupid faggot who thinks he's a girl." It's either that or something to the equivalent.

I think I need some social education. So far, from the few people I've talked to about this, I am not completely retarded, BUT I am still confused on what I missed.

I'm going to try to keep this short. Basically, my date wasn't really a date. The morning of, I got a text from one of the girls saying that they invited some guy to go with us too. So I knew then that this isn't what I thought it was.

We still went to lunch for sushi and chatted it up and had a good time and all, but it turns out they both already have boyfriends? Am I just so removed that "I want to go out with you" and "I was just trying to start conversation so that you would go out with me" should not be interpreted as a date? They even showed up (in my opinion) overdressed for just hanging out. C had a dark and slim ankle-length dress and heels... They both looked gorgeous.

I'm fine with the fact that it was just us spending time together trying to build a friendship, I guess. But, it would have been more agreeable to me if that's what they said it was from the start. I think I'm just wondering if I was mislead on purpose or if I just didn't understand from the beginning or what. They seem like cool girls and genuinely enjoy talking with me (as I do them), but I definitely don't want to be "token tranny friend." I'll see if maybe I can get some time with K and maybe just ask her what was going on. Like, explain what my perceptions were and ask if I was just mistaken?

...blah.

Any illumination would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry that happened to you, but isn't it a safe bet to assume that if someone invites you out to eat, and it's not a 1-on-1 endeavor, that it's not a date? Maybe a double date but three people? Then again if they literally said "go out with you" that's a little bit misleading especially if they dressed up. They could've been a lot clearer.

How do you go about deciding the submissive vs the dominant?

For me, if this conversation has to come up, that's usually the end of the relationship. Not because the conversation itself is a deal-breaker, because it isn't, but because if the conversation comes up then it's because one person wants to be one or the other. Loosely related to this is the "who takes on the man's role vs the woman's role in a relationship?" I've actually had that conversation with a BF and that ended the relationship because I absolutely refuse to take any one given role. I'm like "Why can't we just be who we are regardless of what gender would normally take on said role in a typical hetero relationship of the 50s?" If I want to cook and clean the house one day and then go and mow the lawn and build a deck the next, what's wrong with that? Similarly I don't want to be with someone who sees themselves as "the woman" in the relationship. If I wanted a woman (in either mind or body) then I'd be straight. Similarly I don't want somebody who sees their role as "The Man" because I'm not going to be their "woman."

do you find it annoying if a person demands to be one or the other all the time?

Yes, damned annoying, but this isn't a deal breaker either. It's a relationship strainer due to being versatile, which means sometimes I'm not going to want sex because they don't want to do what I want to do.

I WAS using those sites just for that but once me and my BF developed and determined that we wanted a closed relationship I basically just log on to stay in contact with people I was cool with. After a while though we had both decided it would be cool to make more gay friends. There's less stigma and secrets about being gay.

I can understand being frustated finding that person being taken already but still... It says in my profile that I just want friends. Heck some people who ARE single log on for the same reason.

Haha. Adam according to most is a "slut site." Its rare to find someone you can like actually connect with or watever. Or even consider a friend/acquittance.

GCL - I'm really looking for someone on the dating sites i go to (adam and 411 atm) but I'm also looking for friends too. Just to expand my phone book and have more people to hang out with with. Dont really feel comfortable with ppl liking me with me not liking them back and apparently we're "friends" lol. But you never know who you can meet off the sites so =/

BF's sister last week: Well you guys are gonna have seperate beds, right?

hmmmm.

man, what could be more awkward than having your lover's sibling live with you? I couldn't have sex with my boyfriend if his sister was in the house. that's just weird. hope that works for you guys, though.

I'm like "Why can't we just be who we are regardless of what gender would normally take on said role in a typical hetero relationship of the 50s?" .

This seems rather odd. I understand how you feel, but wouldn't it better to discuss mutual goals in the relationship first before outright breaking up? People do have the potential to change, and if they realize what your needs are, they could make the effort to shed their (in my opinion, and yours too apparently) archaic way of thinking. Unless you exaggerated, and actually did attempt to rectify the problem before the breakup.
I don't mean to offend anyone with the "archaic" thing; gender roles are always such a touchy subject.

Unrelated, YOUR BRACKET MAKER IS GOD.

omg ok so I never heard of that bearwww site till now. I went on and started to look at people profiles and saw one of my friends on it.

this site is solid gold. I want to see the rest of his pictures without him knowing that I have a profile on there.

wondering , should I just make a profile ,quickly look what he has, see if there's anything worth wild pictures, copy ,print and send them to his apt without a return address.

Shit would freak him the fuck out.

does anyone have an account on there? do you have to be a some type of "gold" member to look at all the pictures on a person profile or just be a regular member.

I don't mean to offend anyone with the "archaic" thing; gender roles are always such a touchy subject.

The conversation itself was the attempt to discuss mutual goals. As for people changing, yes they do, but should only do so on their own terms and in their own time. I absolutely do not want someone who I have to change in order make them work with me. And I am not going to change for someone. This is anathema to the idea of being one's self and their partner accepting them for who they are. When this goal of him wanting to be the "woman" in the relationship appears, that (for me) is a deal breaker. And I'm not going to try to change him such that he shouldn't take this role if he so desires, this is just the sort of thing that does not mesh with what I am looking for.

In general I think people look at a break up as the worst possible thing that can happen and should be avoided at all costs. I disagree with that greatly. Things should be figured out and decided early on so that the two people aren't wasting their time in a situation that doesn't work. Heterosexual's wouldn't have such a high divorce rate if they just made these important decisions before they committed everything.

Unrelated, YOUR BRACKET MAKER IS GOD.

Thank you much. I'm rather proud of it. :bgrin: And even plan to improve it again someday...

I'm saying that it makes little sense for a gay man to watch porn that centers around and highlights women while using men as an afterthought, especially when there's...you know, gay porn. I'm not a gay man, mind you, so I can't tell you for sure, but it doesn't seem fair to say "oh everyone watches straight porn."
I know I don't watch straight porn. No cocks! Girls only! Final Destination!

I don't mind watching straight porn, the men there tend to be real in contrast to gay porn actors with their perfect everything. You can just focus on the goody bits and phase out the delightful lady(ies).

Also Colossus, I would most likely imagine myself being "drilled" as you eloquently put it; but that's just me.

The best porn is what is unfortunately referred to as "revenge" porn. Where an amature couple record themselves, either with a video camera or webcam, and then one of the parties, or both, put it on the internet. I don't care what genders/sexs are involved, that shit is hot. Though I think I've only ever seen one where it was girl on girl and it truly was 2 lesbians, and not just 2 drunk college girls having sex on dare from some frat boy.
