In all honesty, and I'm sure you're using the word "hot" loosely, but for females, it doesn't always boil down to the guy looking hot. It's about the connection. Men will tend to be pretty laid back and work/wait for a connection, women however... if we click..we click.. if we don't.. we'll be keeping our options open, and if anything just FZ you.

I think your seriously making this way harder than it should be, or overthinking it. Like someone else said earlier, waiting is the worst thing you can do, cause your just gonna overthink it and end up backing out instead of forcing your self to just do it.

And if your appearance is that big of a deal to you than sure, go and work on it, but alot of my friends around here (including myself) growing up when just feeling out girls we didn't know, thought we needed the best shoes and clothes and made sure we had a shape up and got the hottest phone, but then realized that still didn't give enough confidence to just walk up and approach someone. Just something you have to push yourself to do.

Why not just keep approaching girls? That way you get more comfortable doing it, instead of spending time in the gym or at the salon, where at the end of the day, you still aren't going to be able to talk to girls. Get me? I met this girl nearly 3 months ago at my supervisor's birthday party. She made quite an impression on me the first time I met her, and we have been dating/seeing each other pretty often these last 90 days. No joke, sometimes we spend about 5-6 hours together a day, most of the time in my apartment (and no, I haven't tried a move on her during this period of time, so don't get your dirty minds going). She is pretty damn nice, funny, easygoing and from the sound of it, is no stranger in the ways of sex and stuff (so she doesn't sport fancy religious ideas or shit like that). I've felt identified with her in so many ways it's amazing, and to top it off (for all you video game nerds) she wants me to teach her how to play fighting games! :wow: Now, how can you NOT top that?

Of course, I wouldn't be here if everything was all peachy and shit, so here comes the thing:

So far, she has made it pretty clear that she doesn't want to be in a relationship. Now this seems like a thing a girl would say to get you off her back until she finds something better (i.e. get Friend Zoned), but so far she has made good on this statement, because she blew off (not in the way you're thinking) a couple of guys who wanted to get serious with her, and even Just Defended her ex-boyfriend, who actually PROPOSED to her. So yeah...it seems pretty clear she doesn't want anything serious for now.

Here is where my dillema begins: should I tell her straight out how I feel? She has made it clear to me that "you shouldn't ask for someone to be your GF if you're not sure she will accept", but then again, what am I gonna do with all this I'm feeling? And on the other hand, I'm feeling pretty damn paranoid that some random fuck might come and make her change her mind, but I mean, if she even ACed her own ex-boyfriend of years, what else is there to expect?

Should things remain the way they are for the time being? Or is it too much of a risk of being entrapped in the Friend Zone? BTW, I have dropped a few hints on her that I really do like her in the sentimental way of speaking and not once has she shunned me off.
